We took our time renovating this bright and welcoming 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath apartment so you can truly enjoy the best of comfortable, easy living. The open layout, thoughtful updates, and great amenities make it a place you’ll love coming home to. Both bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, plush carpeting, and generous closet space—perfect for unwinding after a full day.

There’s plenty of room to spread out, whether you’re settling in for a movie night, hosting friends for dinner, or enjoying a cozy wine-and-cheese evening for two.

Located on the second floor and ideally situated near Rochester’s arts and entertainment districts, top restaurants, universities, and hospitals, this apartment makes getting around a breeze. Highland Hospital and Strong are just a quick side-street commute away, with the Eastman Theatre and Auditorium Theatre close by as well. Ideal for a short visit or an extended stay if you’re in Rochester for a few weeks.

Melanie’s place was perfect! It was so clean and had everything we needed. The space was wonderful with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, it fit our family of 5 wonderfully. Melanie was responsive and check in was so easy. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great 3night stay Friday-Monday. Apartment is exactly as pictured as the upper unit in a very quiet home on a quiet tree lined street. Checking in was easy and off street parking was appreciated. We were in town to visit our daughter and would definitely stay here on another trip.

This space was just right for our weekend in Rochester. It was easy to get to and close to downtown, but with a quiet neighborhood vibe. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Very nice to have 2 bathrooms with 3 of us staying there.

We had a perfect stay. The place was clean , cozy and inviting. Convenient to parks and great neighborhood for walking. 4 minute drive to Highland Park which was beautiful. Host was friendly and easy to communicate with.

Very clean and cute apartment. Host was EXTREMELY detailed about the parking and check on process. Snacks were left for us upon checking in. Host communicated efficiently and let us know they were around if we needed them. Very cute and quiet area . It was a great stay

The whole place was great!The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was furnished with anything that we would have needed to make meals, though we didn't do any cooking this trip. Appreciated that there was a full bath and a half bath and the number of clean towels! The living room was comfy and we appreciated the streaming services provided during our down time. This gem is located in a very nice neighborhood yet just a few minutes drive to the university campus. I was very pleased that off street parking was provided!Loved this place and would book it again!Dorene

This is a great apartment in a quiet area with off street parking and centrally located to many areas. It is nicely decorated, clean, comfortable and has quality linens. We had no issues at all during our stay. Melanie was communicative and responded to messages right away. She was also very helpful in getting an item back after accidentally leaving without it. Would definitely stay here again.

This two bedroom, one and a half bath has a roomy, integrated, kitchen, dining, living area. Kitchen is stocked with basics like coffee, tea, tunafish, olive oil and a pigtail phone charger (2 lightning, 2 USB-C)! Melanie is an exceptional host and communicator. Only place I’ve stayed at with an L2 EV charger. Highly recommend.

The neighborhood is very quiet and parking is easy. The apartment is very tastefully finished and decorated. There are 2 bedrooms that lend some privacy as they are located on opposite sides of the apartment. The shower is fantastic, with beautiful tile and natural light. Everything seems quite new! In general, a lovely 2 bedroom with 1 bathroom.

Everything about our stay at this property was superlative. The apartment was immaculate and had all the necessities. It was located in a convenient area to get to my family and RIT. Next time my family would like to stay in Rochester I will look up this property first.
