Family trip to Chattanooga was a tremendous success. Our VRBO location could not have been better in regards to location making downtown access to great dining and sightseeing easy and trouble free. The accommodations themselves were excellent. Our VRBO easily accommodated the 9 adults and 1 toddler. Very spacious and various areas for gathering. The view of downtown and natural scenery was incredible. Would highly recommend this and I’d be more than happy to book again.

The view is incredible, the condo was clean and very roomy and the owners were quick to respond and very helpful when we had questions. Really enjoyed our time there and would definitely come again!

Can not say enough good things about this property. Immaculate, wonderful layout of bedrooms, spacious and the view of the river is incredible all day long. The owner is flexible and helpful. It is very close to downtown Chattanooga. Have stayed there twice and hope to again.

Fantastic view of Chattanooga!

We were in town for an event held on the Tennessee River based at Ross’ Landing. Jim’s house was the perfect location for a group of best friends to stay. We spent all our time on the outdoor patios overlooking downtown and the river. The house was clean and beautifully designed. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect!

Jim made everything easy, from check in to leaving. He made sure everything was okay, and was quick to respond to questions. The space was immaculate and a great location with views of the river and downtown. Just delightful!

Perfect view from the North Shore

We visit Chattanooga often and this property is by far our favorite so far. The views of downtown Chattanooga, Lookout Mountain, the river and bridges are absolutely beautiful with nice porches to view them from. Lots of space to sprawl out, chill on the couch and play games. The house is very nice and new and cushy grass surrounding the property to take out our poodle. My partner had a broken ankle and really appreciated the low mounted handheld shower.

2nd Stay Just As Good As the 1st

This property is everything described and more, especially when Jim is there. We have stayed here 2 years in a row and there is plenty of room for everyone, not just for sleeping but also hanging out in both lounging areas plus the balconies overlooking the river and downtown Chattanooga. The neighborhood is great for walking/biking. It is close to coffee, restaurants, ice cream shops, Walgreens, Publix, Coolidge Park, the Walnut Street Bridge, and really anywhere you would want to go in Chattanooga. Our first stay Jim was out of town, but this time he and his wife were there and they were lovely and showed so much hospitality. They let our little kids play on the toys they have for their grandkids and let us use their wall charger to charge our electric car faster. We had an amazing time and will be back again!

We are a family of 9 and we had so much room. Everyone had their own space. It was a very easy check in and check out. View was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Best view of Nooga!!

It was wonderful drinking coffee every morning overlooking the river and downtown Chattanooga! Everything was clean, beds and pillows were comfy. Short walk to North shore amenities and free shuttle bus to downtown. Highly recommend.

Great stay!

The location was perfect for walking to sights and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The beds were comfortable and it was well stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Perfect family getaway

This property is everything it says and more. Absolutely perfect for a family. Four bedrooms with three of them having their own bathrooms. Large sitting room for the family to gather at night. Two covered patios with beautiful views of the river and Chattanooga. Perfect for coffee in the morning and wine at night. Close to restaurants and shopping. Jim, the host, was more then accommodating. He was super friendly and informative. Definitely would stay here again. Our family loved it.

Family time

This property was absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood, the views, the house, everything. The host was very nice and answered any questions we had. We have always stayed in hotels. This was our first stay in a vacation home. And this was perfect for our family to spend time together, rather than in separate hotel rooms. I would highly recommend this property.

Loved the view!

Book club/girls’ weekend. It was cold and icy but our hosts kept the salt and shovel going outside to alleviate the very rare, very nasty cold weather! The hosts were very welcoming, easy to communicate with, and kindly worked with us on a special accommodation. The listing was great and shows the property just as it (beautifully!) is, and it has a great floor plan for multiple guests. The baths, beds, appliances, dishes, and wine glasses (!) were all top notch and nice. We’ll be back for sure!

Great stay with plenty of room for our group of 7.

Our group of 3 couples plus one enjoyed a fun weekend in Chattanooga! The house is just as pictured-very clean and modern, with plenty of space and seating for the group. There is space for two cars to park, but the streets and driveway are narrow. We parked and used Uber for most of our excursions, which was the best way to go. The owners are on site, so communication was simple as well, although we had no issues to communicate! Overall, a great stay, and will definitely stay here again in the future!

Five women friends staying in Chattanooga for long weekend to row at the Head of the Hooch.

We loved staying this VRBO. The location is ideal - very close to downtown with wonderful views of the river. Everything seems new and carefully thought out. The rooms are large and there was plenty of space for the five of us. Jim was responsive and helpful. This VRBO would get my highest rating and we will be back.

Great place!

We were there as a family for a birthday weekend (adults, toddlers, and infant). I can’t say enough about how wonderful this place was. Perfect location, perfect layout for a family gathering. Loved the balconies and view - we sat out every morning and every evening…and pretty much every spare moment. Jim was a great host. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.
