The main floor features an airy, open-concept living space anchored by Restoration Hardware furnishings and sliding glass doors that open to a private backyard overlooking serene conservation land home to many deer, rabbits, blue jays, cardinals and red-tailed hawks. The space is curated with fine art photography by Dan Lemaitre and Rebecca Love.
Chef’s Kitchen: Fully equipped for island entertaining with Caraway non-toxic cookware, a Vitamix, and a drip coffee maker.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Primary Suite: Canopy King bed with a private en-suite bathroom and in-unit laundry.
Secondary Suite: Comfortable Queen bed with its own private en-suite bathroom.
The "Tree House" Loft: An adventurous bonus space overlooking the living area (accessed via ladder). Features an XL Twin bed and an 8ft sofa.

Beach Ready: We provide premium beach chairs, a cooler, and a CoolCabana beach tent.

Quiet Community: We are located on a quiet, year-round residential street. The privacy and tranquility of our neighbors are extremely important to us; please keep noise levels respectful at all times.
Strict Check-In/Out: During summer months, we adhere to strict timing to ensure our cleaning team has ample time to prepare the home to our high standards.
No Events: No parties, dinner parties, or events.
Pets: One dog considered for an additional fee (please inquire). No cats.
Their are two exterior cameras in the drive way and at the front door record video and audio.
