Private Louisville Getaway - Central to Everything!

Large front bedroom with new king bed, dresser, smart TV (Roku and cable) and an enclosed front porch off the bedroom.

Middle bedroom has queen bed, dresser, smart TV (Roku and cable), and a large closet.

Bunk room has a full bed underneath, a twin bed on top, a hidden twin trundle bed underneath and a dresser for storage. Also has its own smart TV (Roku and cable).

Living room has plenty of seating on the new leather sectional, mounted smart TV and Nintendo Switch. Coffee table doubles as a work/eating surface (couch side extends up) and also contains storage for extra blankets.

Open kitchen features new Frigidaire appliances, large table (seats 6), toaster, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and pantry.

Off the kitchen is a mudroom/laundry that houses the new washer and dryer.

Mudroom/laundry room has back door leading to back deck, fenced back yard, and the detached two car garage.

Great Weekend Space for the Derby!

Just minutes from Churchill Downs. This is as a precious spot with cute decor, Netflix and a great host! Thank you for a great stay!

Mitch was awesome!

My family and I came on a weekend where a storm had just occurred and the power was out for our entire stay. Mitch was kind, communicative, and understanding. He demonstrated the willingness to make things right and work out something fair. I am so appreciative for his humanity and decency. The house was well decorated and clean and had enough space for my family. It is located about 5 minutes from the expo center and also only minutes away from downtown Louisville.
