Welcome to our charming historic home in Louisville's Crescent Hill neighborhood! This newly renovated 1,000 sq ft 1-bedroom, 1-bath is located on the second floor (stairs required to enter) and offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and historic charm.

The prime location puts you in the heart of Crescent Hill, with an array of restaurants, clothing shops, and coffee shops all within walking distance. Explore the vibrant neighborhood and immerse yourself in its charming atmosphere.

This is a nice property in good part of town. The only issue I had was that the listing says King bed and Queen bed, which is what made me choose this property over others, but it is actually a King bed and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Additionally, calling the sleeper sofa a queen is generous. It's more like a full. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.

I had a wonderful weeklong stay. The property was charming, clean, and very comfortable — especially the bed. The neighborhood felt safe and was perfect for walking, with plenty of shops and restaurants just steps away. Everything was just as described, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Unit was close to downtown, but far enough that we did not have the noise at night. Area was wonderful with a bunch of local restaurants. Try Burger Girl when you are there.

We found the Kroger supermarket across the train tracks. The area was lush, green and quiet. We visited the Colonel Sanders memorial 2 miles away. Coming from California we appreciated the clouds and light rain the days we were there.We enjoyed our time there!

This was a great place to stay. The neighborhood felt safe and within walking distance to great restaurants! I was in town for a yoga workshop and it was only a 5 minute drive! The host was very responsive and the listing is exactly how I imagined! If I attend another event in Louisville I will most definitely stay here!!

The location was great for me. Within short walk of coffee shops and restaurants. It’sa quiet neighborhood. There is a train that goes by, but that really didn’t bother me. It is short lived when it goes by. It could be a2 bedroom when you shut the door to the living room. It was a really nice place to stay.

Great little place!

My husband and I stayed here for a few nights while we did some bourbon tours - it's a perfect location. Right around 10 for an Uber/Lyft to Whiskey Row and around an hour to the big boys (we drove down I64 to Buffalo Trace & Wild Turkey - with plenty of stops between). You don't really hear the train, if that concerns you. Definitely no train horns or anything extra, just the regular chug-a-lug. This is ideal for a couple and maaaaybe a child, but not really more as the bathroom is small, but that's not a detriment.Excellent place! If we're back in town we will definitely look to see if this is available again.

Great area

Area was amazing! House was perfect size for 2. Great neighborhood, with great shops and nearby food in walking distance, but there was a train that ran right across the street. Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable , we ended up buying a mattress topper and then returning it when we left, and the thermostat kept turning off or changing temps in the middle of the night. Never stayed to what we turned it to. Nothing that was a deal breaker and was still a great time

Enjoyed our stay

We were pleased with how beautiful this space was. We appreciated how they modernized and old home. We had all needed amenities and space was very clean. Communication was spot on. Wil definitely be staying here again next year.

Conveniently located. All great except the lighting in bathroom was terrible. And there is an animal living in the ceiling. Very clean and nicely decorated. Quality sheets and towels. Cute neighborhood.

Very comfortable place to stay

We came for our 24th anniversary getaway and it was a very nice place to stay. Very easy to get to anywhere you wanted to go. Would stay here again if we ever are going to be in town again.

Quaint,Quiet, Spacious!

Our Host was Amazing and Friendly. When we came Into our Rental it just Felt like Home. You know a good Mattress when you wake up feeling like a million bucks. Very Clean, Spacious had all the bells and whistles. We went for my best friends wedding. If we ever go Back to Louisville we will be staying here again. Long weekend getaway

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Cute nicely decorated apartment Couple negatives…the train track directly across the street. Woke up a few times during the night due to the trains. The temperature is controlled by the guests staying in the 1st floor apartment.

Girls Derby trip

The home was perfectly clean with very cozy touches. The towels were so soft and the shower head was like water therapy. The bed was comfortable, and the pull out bed felt super comfy, as well. The home is located close to great shops and restaurants. I’ve traveled a lot and this home was definitely one of my favorites. Thanks so much!

Kentucky Volleyball

It was a great place to stay. The shower would be the only small issue. It’s meant for shorter people. My husband is 6’5” and was taller than the shower head. Other than that, it was a great place!
