The living space is 40 m² and is intended for a maximum of 3 adults. 1 bedroom with comfortable double bed, wardrobe and alarm clock. 1 bright, spacious living room with comfortable sofa set, (extra bed for 1. Person possible), 1 armchair and coffee table. 1 dresser with modern TV completes the comfortable living area. The dining area is formed by 1 table with 4 chairs. The integrated fitted kitchenette is equipped with sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob with 4 cooking zones and a microwave with grill. At your disposal are also coffee machine, kettle, toaster and various kitchen utensils. 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. It has a roof window. A hairdryer is provided.   The apartment is equipped with gas heating and is rented all year round. Underground parking for bicycles is available.   One free parking space per apartment is available to every guest on the property.   At your arrival for a one-time surcharge of 12,50 Euro the beds already with linen and towels are ready. Alternatively, you can bring your own bed linen and towels. A travel cot and high chair can be provided if required for each 15.00 euros. On the ground floor, a sauna is available for free. We ask our guests not to smoke in the apartment. Pets on request.

Our modern and very comfortably furnished apartment house offers 4 apartments (40 sqm, living room, 1 - 2 bedrooms, kitchenette, bathroom with shower / WC, sun terrace -bzw. On the ground floor, all guests have access to a sauna free of charge. Should the weather be capricious, the lovingly furnished "Capitanerie" awaits our guests at the end of the white low-rise building. Here you can spend nice hours for two, or enjoyable evenings with nice people.    Up to the kilometer-long, sandy beach on the Baltic Sea, it is only about 500 m from us. The beautiful Baltic Sea resort Sellin, where our house is located, belongs to the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Southeast Rügen with beautiful, unspoiled nature. Within a short walk from the house you can reach the famous Wilhelmstraße, the promenade of Sellin with the historic splendor villas and the diverse restaurants and boutiques. At the end of Wilhelmstraße, a popular lift takes you comfortably to the fine sandy main beach and the famous pier. Also popular with families South Beach is within 15 minutes walking distance, or you use the Bäderbahn (with spa card for free.). The natural plot in the back - to relax for our guests - ends at the nature reserve. After a short walk through the Seepark, you will reach the "Ahoi" water park with water slide and large sauna area. Should the weather be capricious, the lovingly furnished "Capitanerie" awaits our guests at the end of the white low-rise building. Here you can spend nice hours for two, or enjoyable evenings with nice people. Shopping possibilities are in the immediate vicinity. At your arrival for a one-time surcharge of 12,50 Euro the beds already with linen and towels are ready. Alternatively, you can bring your own bed linen and towels. A travel cot and high chair can be provided if required for each 15.00 euros. A lockable bike room is available to all guests. Rental bikes can be brought directly to the object on request. The holiday home also includes free on-site parking. The bus stop for public transport is about 50 meters away. With us it is beautiful in every season!
