Very nicely decorated and extremely clean condo and with three elevators we never had to wait! The pool was awesome. We also had snacks/drinks from the Tiki bar-awesome! Overall-wonderful time!

We’ve stayed at GP twice, this condo was beautiful. Had the prettiest view, condo was clean and spacious. We had two chairs and umbrella on the beach. Everything was perfect, we definitely will stay here again. Highly recommend this condo.

This condo is wonderful. It is very clean and offers wonderful views of the ocean. Bill, the owner, is very attentive and even sent us info. regarding the condo and restaurant / activity recommendations before we left home. I highly recommend staying in this unit at Grand Panama.

Last minute spring break

We rented this property one day before arriving in Panama City Beach and we are so lucky! This property was perfect for our family of 5. Host was great to deal with and had great communication! We enjoyed the view from the balcony and the location of the unit! I would Highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in PCB!

Great location for our vacay

Loved the condo. Was hoping the beach there was pet-friendly but the dog beach was just a short drive away. Beautiful interiors and a nice view. Unfortunately, it was Jeep Jam week and it was a little loud some days/nights. But other than that, it was very quiet and peaceful. Great host and would visit again. :)

Great Space

We had a great time. The beach location was wonderful because it was not overcrowded. We were in tower 2 and it was super easy to get to the beach. I do wish the pool stayed open later. Also, it would have been nice to have a few more dining options within walking distance. The condo space was just what we needed and very nice. It had everything we needed. If we ever head back to PCB we will definitely book this condo again.

Paradise in PCB

We have stayed in various Grand Panama condos over the past 6 years. This condo is by far the best! From the moment we checked in to almost 6 weeks later when we left our stay was absolutely wonderful. This comfortable condo is nicely decorated and the location in Tower 2 is quiet with a view of the ocean from the balcony. The owner was attentive and communicated with us to let us know interested things happening around PCB. We are so glad we spent our snowbird weeks in the condo and will hopefully will stay in this condo again!!

Great condo!

We loved staying here! It was perfect for our family of 4 - plus our little dog. The condo had everything we needed, it was clean, and there’s a great ocean view from the balcony. My 4 1/2 year old loved having his own private nook to sleep in, too! Big bonus that there was an Alexa in the living room. The only recommendation/suggestion I can think of would be to have a dish drying rack (kids dirty up a lot of dishes!) and maybe some cooking spray. Other than that, it’s a great place with a great and communicative host! We would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Vacation

My family and I had a great time at the Grand Panama Resort. We brought our little shitzu and he seemed to enjoy himself just as much as we did. He loved meeting all the other pups on our morning walks and he couldn't get enough of the balcony which had a great ocean view for being across the street from the beach. The room had everything we needed, the pots and pans were like new, there were k-cups for the kurig which was a nice touch. The location was good, quiet area but close enough to everything. My boys liked that the Waterpark was a short walk away. I think what really made this rental great for me...the beds! They were amazing! So comfortable! I actually slept through the night and woke up well rested!

Great stay, condo had everything we needed

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was just as described. The view from the balcony was awesome, the beach a short walk across the street and down a paved walkway. It was wonderful having beach chairs and an umbrella waiting for us for our use. Bill, the owner, was wonderful to work with, he gave us some great suggestions of places to eat. The sleeping arrangements worked well for our family of 4. There is a twin trundle in the hallway that my kids enjoyed, providing privacy with a nice curtain. My son called it his cubby. The AC cooled very well, the beds were comfy. Overall, the condo was very comfortable, very clean and fresh, and we were able to bring our small, furry, family member. He enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the sun. We would definitely go back.

We are Bill and Suzette Roberson, the owners of Gulf Life's a Beach Condo at Grand Panama Beach Resort in Panama City Beach. We are locals and reside in PCB and enjoy the sun, the climate, the people and most of all opening a new chapter in our lives. We came to Panama City Beach three years ago in search of a new home to enjoy the Gulf Life. During our search, we stayed in several resorts on the Gulf and found Grand Panama to be for us and our family to enjoy on vacations. With one son, five grandchildren and one great grandson they all are excited to come and visit their papa and nana as much as possible, and they have. Well, recently we decided to make PCB our home and keep the condo as a meeting place for all of us throughout the year. Being originally from Jacksonville, I remember my family making the trip west to PCB for vacations and always enjoyed the time we had together one week at a time. We hope to provide those memories for you and your family during your stay here.

During the recent renovations to the condo, our focus during the process was to keep in mind, what would we want in a vacation rental, and to give our guests all the comforts of home. Specifically, when we vacation, we want to enter the property and say "WOW" this is a nice, clean and comfortable place where we can truly relax, and we are going to have a great time! This is what we want y'all to experience. We have decided to manage the property ourselves, because after all, if you want it done right, do it yourself. We are here to make your vacation experience the best you have had and want you to remember us, Gulf Life's a Beach at The Grand Panama Beach Resort, and want you to come back when you and your family need a little or allot-a vacation time with our place at the top of your short list.
This upscale beach resort complex is 100% owned by the owners of Grand Panama and each of us want you to have the ultimate experience during your stay.
The resort has two Pools and Jacuzzis, state of the art work-out facility, Tiki Huts at both pools with seasonal entertainment at the Tower 1 hut, covered parking, barbeque grills and all of the emerald green water, salty breeze, sugar white sand and good times you could ask for.
