Located in the heart of Saint Raphäel, the apartment welcomes you in a bright setting with an unobstructed terrace, only 5 minutes from the shops: Intermarché, restaurants, bakeries and 10 minutes walk from the beach, the port, the SNCF and bus stations. Ideal interlude to rest and explore Saint-Raphaël and its surroundings.

- 1 bedroom with a king size double bed for a couple or the possibility of 2 separate 90 cm beds for a holiday with friends with TV
- a living room with a 140 cm rapido sofa bed, new with TV
- a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, coffee machine with doses and filters, microwave, hob, oven, washing machine, and of course crockery, toaster, kettle)
- a bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer provided.
