Welcome to this beautiful 100 m² apartment, located on the 4th floor (with an elevator). Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a privileged location near Montmartre, the Sacré-Coeur Basilica, and the Moulin Rouge, making it the ideal starting point for exploring the city.

The entrance opens onto a bright living area with a comfortable living room equipped with a sofa (not convertible) and a television. The adjoining dining room has a table that seats up to 4 people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine (Nespresso type), utensils, and dishes. There is also a washing machine for added convenience.

The accommodation comprises two bedrooms, each carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquility.
The double beds are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available so that you can settle in comfortably.

Explore its steep, cobbled streets lined with picturesque cafés, art shops, and galleries. Visit the Sacré-Cœur Basilica, perched on the hill, for a panoramic view of the city. Discover iconic places such as the Moulin Rouge and the famous Lapin Agile cabaret. Montmartre is a place steeped in history and creativity, where art, culture, and gastronomy come together in an atmosphere unique to Paris.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Blanche (line 2), is just a 2-minute walk or Place de Clichy (line 2 and 13) at 5min walk.

Charles de Gaulle airport is approximately a 40-minute drive from the property.

Please note that arrivals after 10 p.m. will incur an additional charge of €20, and arrivals after midnight require prior confirmation from GuestReady. In this case, please consult us before making any reservations.

For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil or mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.

Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. We will deduct €300 from the deposit if we detect any evidence of this rule being broken.
