"Quintessential Colorado" is how it's been described to me. Amazing home surrounded by trees/mountain views & exposed wood beams on 5 acres in the heart of the Rockies at 10,000 ft. Hike/bike the Continental Divide/Colorado Trails from the house. 2miles from Ski Cooper ski resort, 13miles from Leadville, 25miles from Vail, 35 miles to Copper Mountain. Hiking, biking, skiing, snow-mobiling, ATVs, fly-fishing...do it all within minutes of the house.

Great place to get away

Great place up in the mountains to get away. Awesome location inbetween minturn and leadville. The off the grid systems are very modern and you hardly realize you’re living off the grid at all.
