Villa Flamingo is a lovely renovated house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfect for a dream vacation in Orient Bay, Saint Martin. Located in a secure residence with two swimming pools and just behind the beach, it enjoys an ideal location where everything is within walking distance: restaurants, supermarket, bakery, and beach bars.



The villa features a modern fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, cooktop, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, etc.), a spacious living room with dining table, desk, and two sofas including a sofa bed, as well as a charming terrace where you can enjoy dinner or simply relax while listening to the sound of the waves.



Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms with king-size beds and private bathrooms. One of them has a large balcony with a breathtaking sea view. Two separate toilets, one downstairs and one upstairs, complete the layout.



All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans for maximum comfort. Villa Flamingo is the perfect place to fully enjoy your stay in Orient Bay.

Great vacation

Had a little trouble originally finding the place. Actually drove right to it, but not sure from description which was our unit. Eventually contacted host, who talked me to it. After that, absolutely, zero problems. Maybe the best 'vacation bed' ever. Really comfortable. The location is amazing! Never needed help, so no contact with host until leaving. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay for a couples' trip!

The villa was beautiful and perfectly located with easy walking access to the beach. We loved staying here! The beds were super comfortable and the bedrooms had plenty of privacy for both couples staying there. The kitchen was well-appointed and we were able to easily cook meals for ourselves. As for responsiveness, we had a problem with ants in the kitchen early in our stay and they promptly addressed it.

Beautiful property

Property looks just like it did in the pics online. Only blips is we had no water one morning which made going to the bathroom difficult but was back on when we came home later. Near lots of restaurants.

Fantastic Experience from Start to Finish

We had a great experience with renting this beautiful and super clean and updated condo in Orient Bay. It was our third time to St. Martin and it was simple due to our host Christine. Christine was very responsive and handled everything from directions to check-in to check-out perfectly. The condo pictures let you see exactly what to expect and you won't be disappointed choosing this condo or Christine as a real estate agent. We hope to return again soon.

Great stay

Great location. Beautiful view from the balcony. Short walk to Orient Village for restaurants. Very clean villa, with modern, updated appliances and beautiful decor.

Fresh and Spacious, Great Location & Excellent Communication!

This property will not disappoint! Everything was exceptionally clean. The is plenty of space and comfort to truly feel at home! You cannot ask for a better location because you are right on the beach, yet away from any noise. We had a few questions throughout our stay and Christine was very attentive and followed through immediately.
