It is air-conditioned. The upper floor has two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160cm) and a shower room; the second bedroom is located on the main floor.

The duplex opens onto a fully equipped kitchen and living room, offering an ideal space to relax. Enjoy the terrace while gazing at the sea.

The apartment is located in a great area with close by restaurants and convenience store. It has everything needed, kitchen is equipped and there is even a washer. Beds are comfortable and AC units in each area and bedrooms are quiet and work well. Host was very helpful in answering questions.

Perfect condo for my family. Truly oceanfront. Pool was great. Home was lovely. AC worked perfectly. The only suggestion I would give would be to provide a map when sending check-in instructions because Google Maps sent us on a wild-goose-chase. Would book again!

FANTASTIC, as always! Booking, check-in and check-out were easy. We were met by Lea at check-in, which made the welcome even better! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed in every room. The location is PERFECT and the balcony has a great view overlooking the pool and the beach. We would absolutely book/stay here again!

The location of this property and complex is really ideal. You’re super close to the beach, it’s a really quiet little neighborhood, it’s right off of a strip of restaurants and coffee shops and stores. If you didn’t want to you would not need to leave Orient Bay. It’s also only a few minutes drive from anywhere else on the island. It has great amenities, plenty of space, it looks well taken care of and is very secure.
