Gorgeous! This beautiful and crystal clean 1 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath condo directly on the gulf at Summit Beach Resort is what you've been looking for, for your beach vacation! This condo has been completely remodeled recently and will be thoroughly enjoyed by all. The condo overlooks the pools on the beach and of course the emerald blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Condo accommodates your family of 5 and has everything you’ll need to enjoy your beach vacation! The master has a king size bed and own private vanity and access to the shower. In the hall sits the bunk beds. There is also a pull out sofa bed in the living room. There is an additional vanity and toilet for guests and access to the shower.

Don't forget to check out the super close restaurants and entertainment, and plan a visit or two to the world famous Pier Park! Book with us today and come make some memories!

The pictures are beautiful on line, and the unit looks beautiful; but obviously needs some TLC. My guess is just an older condo that has tried to have a facelift, but just shows some wear. We made it work. Would stay again for a quick trip with a small group.

Check in and communication were great! The Summit was extremely family friendly and the pool area was fabulous. The only issue I found with the unit was it was a little dingy. The floors weren’t clean, there were stains on the furniture, and there was paint chipping everywhere. After a good deep clean and wipe this would be an amazing unit to vacation in.

Nice all around, had issues with the internet. Could connect to the wifi, but the router kept dropping connection. The multiple pools were nice and kept things less crowded.

Wonderful beautiful condo. The 6th floor is perfect for the view. Located near elevator is a plus also. Kenny responded quickly when I reached out. Definitely recommend this unit!!

Terrible sewer smell in room

Walked into a sewer! Contact person said wasn’t much he could do other than get property folks out there. So I just went and got my own air freshener to make it bare able. The bedroom has a tv from 2015 with Roku that does not work and no batteries in the 5 remotes in bedroom. So I had to watch my phone every night. No pans to cook breakfast in. So I went to Walmart and purchased my own. The room was just a place to sleep really. The pool area and beach was nice. The best thing about this place was bikini bobs!!!!! I will not be staying at the summit again. The wharf blows this place out the water!!!!!

Girls weekend getaway

Perfect place for a girls weekend getaway. Beautiful views, right on water, clean and a very safe property with friendly staff. Kitchen supplies a little scarce but we made do to cook several meals in condo.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo 627 was in a good location, the rental was clean, had a few minor things that might need a look at but overall it was perfect. The towel hanger in the shower does need to be looked at as it was a little loose . Other than that condo was furnished with everything we needed. Enjoyed the stay. Kenny was very attentive to our Requests and was very helpful. Would stay again .

The condo was nice, our complaint was the bathroom ceiling needs cleaned and painted, Mold on the ceiling. Rest of condo was clean. Will rent again. We love the location.

Great little getaway!

Had an amazing couple of days at PCB. Condo was clean and roomy. Would definitely recommend this place and this unit. Pools were great as was access to the beach. Friendly staff.

Cleanliness Rating

A 3 for cleanliness but in all fairness I did not contact my cleaner to fix any issues. Yes we were at the beach, but... There was sand everywhere. Piles of it on the balcony. The dryer had wet towels and rugs in it when we arrived. I rewashed those. The floors were sticky. Sheets had some wear and stains. The sofa bed had a large brown stain on the mattress cover. I washed that myself. I am sure the cleaner was on a time crunch because The Summit was packed so I DID NOT contact them otherwise I'm sure it would have been handled accordingly. The staff are lovely. Very friendly. Pricing on our stay was appropriate.

It was an awesome experience. Property was excellent. There was a leak under the sink. Not sure if it was from left sink or from the garbage disposal. We wiped up the water n took everything out from under the sink for it to dry.

Great condo!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was just like the pictures and everything was functioning in the room. The only problem we noticed was that some of the areas in the condo could benefit from a deep clean. I understand with high turnover and people checking in/out everyday it’s not easy to do a deep clean every time, but there were a few areas we thought needed attention. I chose to rewash the towels before using them due to them having a smell. We loved that the building has security at the entrance from the road and at the entrance from the beach. The pools were great. Both pools were clean and there are plenty of chairs around the pool as well. We did come before busy season started so I can’t fully vouch for crowds but it was perfect while we were there! We would definitely stay here again and were sad to leave when checkout day came! Kenny was a great host and quick to respond to my emails and calls!

My husband and I always enjoy the property, a tiki bar, 2 pools and easy beach access! Our unit did not disappoint. We felt very comfortable and at home.

The sheets smelled like mildew, there was chunks of hair in the shower and the pull out couch was disgusting. This place just needs a good deep clean instead of the half a** cleaning they do.

The Summit #627

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived about 5 minutes after check-in time, the room had not been cleaned. I called Kenny, he immediately sent the cleaning guy over & said he would compensate me in some way when he was back in front of his computer. I was very patient & understanding that things happen. After 3 hours we were finally able to go in our room. I was so disappointed! There was a pill in the floor by the bed, a baby food pouch behind the end table, dirty mirrors, sticky counters, dirty floors in the kitchen around the cabinets & a terrible smell coming from the trash can with what appeared to be vomit under the liner. We were tired after a 10 hr drive & 3 hour wait, so I cleaned up myself (after taking pictures) so we could go get groceries & relax. I sent an email with pictures attached and never got a response. Although the communication was great up til we were let in the room & the process was easy, I will not be renting through this company again.
