This house was perfect for our family of 4. The house was very clean and the decor was super cute and vintage with a beachy vibe. The enclosed porch was also a big plus. We had an unusual cooler day which swimming was out of the picture so we could sit out there and enjoy the lake from inside, which was also decorated so cute with a nice eating area. Audrey was very responsive to any need or questions we had. We had a nice stay!

This is an awesome property. Felt kind of like stepping back in time. It’s a quaint cottage with a view of the lake that can’t be beat. It’s literally 15 or so yards from the back door to the water’s edge. The sitting room facing the lake is a wall of windows - great to sit and enjoy your morning coffee looking at the calm water or catch the orange sky as the sun goes down. Audrey is an awesome host and was very responsive to our questions. Great for families!!

Perfect Higgins Lake Getaway

The cottage was everything we were looking for and more. Audrey was very communicative and helpful from booking through checkout. The place was fully stocked and so well equipped that we ended up not needing to use a lot of things we packed! We really appreciated the level of thoughtfulness throughout, and would definitely stay here again!

Great spot on the lake.

What a lovely spot this is and a courteous host who was responsive. Our first time to the lake and this spot offered unaparalleled access to the lake. House was as advertised and cozy. Plenty of plates and things to cook at home. Excellent fire pit with wood included. Thanks!

Truly spectacular

Everything about this stay was amazing, the property owner was so helpful and responsive. The house is beautiful and cozy, the water is perfect for anyone, my kids and i loved everything about it. Completely turn key and beyond. I can’t say enough good things about my experience, normally I don’t book the same place twice, however, my family and i all agreed we must go back to this one! I would recommend this place to everyone.
