Come and relax in this magnificent modern villa with heated swimming pool that can comfortably accommodate 8 people.
The house is located in a quiet residential area of La Baule where you can fully enjoy its garden and heated swimming pool (4x8m).

* Large living room with fully equipped open kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine and filter, dishwasher, wine cellar, freezer...), living area equipped with a table for 8 people, lounge area with TV, desk...
* Bedroom 1: equipped with a 160x200cm bed and its private shower room
* Separate toilet
* Laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer, small additional fridge
* Garage: NOT ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE A VEHICLE but allowing to store bicycles or beach equipment
