Had a wonderful time in this condo. The side balcony with the table and chairs is fabulous. We spent most of our time out on this balcony. From the front balcony off the bedroom you can look directly accross and see the Skywalk at Broadway at the Beach lit up at night. It's a very short drive. The condo furnished nicely. The sofa with the recliners was awesome. Beds were very comfortable. Bradley was very easy to work with. Great communication with him. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, glasses and coffee cups, etc. The only issue we had, which is no fault of the owner at all, is a convenient grocery store nearby. We ended up driving up towards North Myrtle Beach to find a grocery store (not a Dollar General). Restaraunts are in walking distance, which was great as we didn't have to drive if we didn't want to. The Hot Tomato had excellent specialty pizzas and Dirty Don's Oyster House had amazing food. The elevators were great. We never had to wait for them, very fast elevators. We will definately rent again

Close to airport. Great ocean views from the balcony. Easy access to beach - clean and spacious. Condo is outdated and lacking some key amenities. Would suggest bringing extra toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels, beach towels, and laundry detergent. The bare minimum is provided, but you will need more.

Awesome place to stay

Clean property. Never had to deal with anyone on lobby, we also never had to wait on elevators longer than maybe a minute or so. Definitely recommend this place. Vwry spacious rooms and spaces ans the balconies were amazing.

Beautiful paradise

Property was very nice and clean! Only complaint is learning that the washer and dryer wasn’t working after we arrived. Owner was nice and easy to work with, promptly answering questions, would highly recommend and love to come back!!!!

Great Beach Location

Perfect location right on the ocean! We spent every morning on the big balcony enjoying our morning coffee. Caught the sunrise once. Everything was as described. Every night we watched all the people with flashlights on the beach looking for crabs or shark teeth. Easy parking across the street. We walked to the big putt putt and other attractions were just a short drive away. Thank you for a great week!

Can't wait to come back

Had a great time staying here. I traveled there with my two young daughters. Had a smaller group than we originally planned for, but the space would've easily accommodated the 6 we booked it for. Everything we needed was readily available. The location is perfect. Everything you could possibly need is so close, from restaurants, minigolf, shopping. The beach is a 2 min walk from leaving the building to the water, and the boardwalk does not have stairs (great for our wagon of beach gear). The building amenities were awesome. The outdoor pool is just outside the building, and was clear and warm. The south building has the outdoor hot tub, and the indoor pool/hot tub. All were used as we had some rainy days and were still able to enjoy swimming. I saw the gym, but only from my time relaxing in the hot tub. The building provides luggage carts, and parking was easy. Brantley was a great host. Leading up to the trip he was quick to respond to a few questions I had. We also had a minor issue while there, and we were able to get it resolved almost immediately. I will absolutely be looking to stay here again in the future. Thanks for the great week! psoskdbdbd

We had a wonderful stay! We were in town for a dance competition and the location was perfect (literally less than a 10 min drive to the convention center). We had a slight issue with the en-suite shower on our 3rd day but it was fixed immediately. Brantley was very responsive when I reached out with any questions. We will definitely be looking to stay here again for future travels!
