Location
Located in a residential neighborhood, this apartment enjoys a privileged location. Indeed, the rue de Passy, well known for its restaurants and cafes, is 5 minutes away walking distance. Same thing for the Eiffel tower and the Trocadero. For the jogging addicts, the Bois de Boulogne is just few blocks away. The Grenelle Bridge is two minutes away from the apartment, if you cross it you will have the pleasure to discover the amazing Beaugrenelle Center, a must-see shopping center in the right bank. The closest subway stations are Avenue du Pdt Kennedy and Ranelagh. You can catch many buses : 22, 32, 52 and the line 72 which follows the Right Bank of the Seine River all the way to the Hôtel de Ville.

This 120 sqm duplex has two separate bedrooms. It can comfortably accommodate up to four people.
From the entrance, a hallway takes you to the main room, a beautiful living room furnished with a sofa and armchairs. It communicates with the dining room equipped with a table for six guests. A table for two was installed on the balcony accessible from the dining-room, perfect to have a cup of tea while the other are still asleep !
The living room windows open onto a long balcony where you will have a pleasant view of the beautiful surrounding buildings. You will even see the Eiffel Tower, and on your right you will see the Seine river. The equipped kitchen is accessible from the corridor. It also serves the first bedroom located near the entrance door. It is spacious and pleasant, it has two single beds 90x200 (that you can bring into a large bed of 180x200), a desk and a wardrobe.
The spiral staircase in the living room will lead you to the second bedroom. From its windows you will have a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower. This room has a double bed of 150x200 and a dresser. It also has a 1/2 bathroom en suite equipped with a washbasin, bidet and toilet.
On the main floor you will find a full bathroom with a bathtub, shower and bidet. The toilets are in a separate room right next to the bathroom. The apartment therefore has a toilet per floor. There is also a large dressing room accessible from the bathroom and from the hallway.
This beautiful apartment will suit a family or two couples traveling together. You will enjoy a privileged environment, secure and quiet, close to the shops on Rue de Passy, and the Trocadero and Eiffel Tower on the Left Bank, while having the ability to quickly reach the heart of Paris, either by bus or metro.
