Wonderful place! Location, amenities, and host were all lovely. In the middle of the heat wave we were grateful for the AC units and large fan. The small bedroom was possibly the coolest place in the city!Timi is so kind and helpful and has thought of many things. We would definitely return!

Nice location within walking distance to Notre Dame and Seine River cruise. Subway/Metro and bus is practically right outside the door along with 3 mini marts. Download the ile de France mobilities app and buy the metro or bus tickets right on your phone. This way you can buy as needed and they are inexpensive. Just tap and go at the station, no need to open your phone. There are no subway zones, you can go from Notre Dame or the subway station right outside the door (Saint Paul) right out to the palace of Versaille for 2.55 euros as long as you don’t leave the underground. Timi was a gracious host and the apartment was very spacious.

Apartment was well located, very spacious and clean. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The ac worked in the bedrooms but the living room would not cool off. You aren't going to find more space or a better location. The apartment was HUGE for Paris. For a family of 4, it was amazing and very comfortable! Bedrooms (especially the master) were large with AC units in each room. Our host, Timi, was there to meet us upon check-in and helped us with our luggage and touring us through the property. Timi lives next door so is very available and communicative! If anything is wrong or you have questions, he is there to help. The apartment was in the BEST area of Paris! The best shops and restaurants are just around the corner. Thank you, Timi! We miss Paris already.

We selected this accommodation based on its central location in Paris (Marais area), which was very close to shops and restaurants and offered several nearby public transportation options. We stayed for five days during one of the hottest periods in Parisian history, so having air-conditioning was essential and appreciated. Our host was very kind and cordial, provided clear instructions for the apartment, and was always available to answer our occasional questions. The apartment was clean and quiet and a welcome refuge after each day of long walks between Parisian points of interest. We would not hesitate to return to this location when we visit Paris in the future.

This is a lovely apartment. Although right on the street it is surprisingly very quiet. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Two blocks from Metro line #1, a taxi stand, shops and restaurants. We would stay here again.

We had an incredible week at Timi’s Le Marais apartment. The location was fantastic and the accommodations were perfect. Timi lives in the building and was there to greet us and show us around the apartment (and gave us water and coffee!). He even brought fresh flowers from his beautiful flower shop! There were many restaurants and shops nearby and we really enjoyed exploring the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here in the future.
The apartment is bright, with big windows in the living room/kitchen and both bedrooms.

This was our second time staying in this exact apartment. He is a wonderful host, and his apartment is located in a wonderful location …. The apartment had everything we need in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath home. A couple blocks from Notre Dam and numerous shops, and public transportation. Comfy, clean beds and a very clean apartment.
