Beautiful house in a very quiet neighborhood. We spent most of our time outside on the huge lanai and pool, that has a cool basketball hoop to play with as your in the pool. Bryan was very friendly and nice and answered a couple of questions really fast. We have been coming to the area for 8yrs and this was definitely my favorite house we have stayed at.

Very accommodating for pets, with pet fees. The beds were ok for a short stay, kitchen was fantastic for cooking on vacation, great outdoor spaces and the pool was awesome, warm as promised! We loved the area for eating out, and Fort myers beach was a short drive. Our host Bryan was quick to respond to a small issue we had. Would highly recommend this house, good ones are not easy to find!

Loved this House!

I stayed here for a whole week and absolutely loved this house! It had everything I needed. The location is great for dinner out or grocery shopping to cook in the fully stocked kitchen. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Excellent Villa, very modern, spacious, very well equipped and with a fantastic pool deck. Quiet neighborhood with lovely canal side setting. Plenty of local restaurants to choose from. Perfect for a relaxing vacation, made even easier by the attentive nature and availability of the host, Bryan. Can’t recommend this property enough!

Stunning Florida Retreat with Exceptional Hosts!

Awesome Family Vacation Spot!

We had so much fun relaxing around the pool. The house had everything you could think of to support your stay and the area was so quiet! We loved having the doors open to the pool and just chilling. Absolutely recommend and hope to stay again in the future!

Awesome getaway

This house/property has it all. The house is setup for entertaining family and friends. The location is very conveniently located in a very quiet neighborhood but within walking distance from some really nice restaurants.

Best vacation home

10 days of fun in the sun

Beautiful Cape Coral vacation

Amazing experience with this house and renter, from the moment of booking to the day we left he was able to answer any questions we had. The house has every amenity you could ever want or need, and close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. If you are looking for a Cape Coral canal getaway this is it.

Great house and host!

The house is as good as described and Bryan was a responsive and kind host. Outdoor space is excellent for relaxing, pool is large. Lots of little extras that were not at other homes we have stayed at (3 bikes in garage, kayaks, etc). Close (walking distance) to a few bars/cafes/restaurants. We had a great stay.
