We were not happy how it was managed an issue. There was a water leak from the restroom room. I sent a message to the manager with a video… our staff was wet.We left the apartment for the day and when we were back in the afternoon we found the restroom was not clean.I called the manager to tell about that… The situation was poorly managed…

À notre arrivée nous avons eu un changement d’appartement suite à un problème de "synchronisation" d’un appartement 4 personnes, on nous a proposé 2 studios, 1 lit 2 places par studio !!! Impossible d’être tous ensemble !!! Les climatiseurs ne fonctionnaient pas. Après l’intervention d’une personne le lendemain de notre arrivée les climatiseurs ont redémarré par contre aucune télécommande à disposition pour régler la temperature. Après un arrêt de ceux-ci dans la nuit impossible de redémarrer en climatisation !!! Que de l’air chaud pendant 4 Jours !!! D’autre part la literie est moyenne… Enfin vraiment déçu pour le prix payé.
