This friendly and warm apartment, located on the 1st floor without elevator, is the perfect place for a memorable stay.

It has a sleeping area with a bunk bed size 90 x 90, ideal for families or friends. The comfortable living room is equipped with a 160 x 200 size convertible sofa, offering additional beds.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals with ease, while the dining area with table and chairs is perfect for sharing good times. The functional shower room adds to the practicality of this space.

Enjoy a balcony with an incredible view and a ski room to store your equipment. In addition, you will have access to a shared swimming pool, open from June to September, to cool off on sunny days.

For a pleasant stay, everything you need is at your disposal: Wifi, raclette, hairdryer, television, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, oven, and much more. Please note that sheets and towels are provided at an additional cost.

Arc 1600 is a wooded, family-friendly resort on a human scale, connected to the Paradiski domain: 425 km of slopes! The atmosphere is warm and everything is done on foot! It offers a magnificent view of the peaks and the valley. The sunsets are magnificent. You will find many shops and good restaurants! The resort offers many activities for children and adults both in winter and summer.

By train: TGV station of Bourg-Saint-Maurice then funicular (7 minutes) to Arc 1600.
By car: follow the Arcs road until Arc 1600.
