This home built in 2019 has 4300 square feet with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths home, office, all furnished including washer and dryer. The kitchen comes complete with all stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, a pantry room, a seating counter. Cozy fireplace, 70” TV in the family room, 55" TV in Basement, and 55” TV in the master bedroom. Free WiFi and Internet access.

We had a wonderful stay. We attended our daughter’s graduation from CU Boulder and the house was perfect for our family. Enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen which allowed us to cook some meals.

We didn't avail ourselves of any of the amenities except to stay in the home to sleep, but it was incredibly comfortable and the kitchen is so well stocked and a dream for anyone wanting to cook there. Also, the owner was amazing. She and her management team were on top of every correspondence and request within minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home and enthusiastically recommend it to others.

We were here for my son’s wedding. Property was nice and clean! If I had to suggest anything is that a TV and a ceiling fan be put in every bedroom. Check in and check out was a breeze.

So much space!

My family was in town for a graduation and we needed room for 12 people, adults and kids. This place was perfect. The hosts were so thoughtful and made check in and out very easy. I recommend!

This was an excellent experience all around. The house was actually more spacious than the pics represented and was well maintained and equipped. The host was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We had a couple of minor issues during the stay and the owner was quick to help out and even went above and beyond more than once to make sure things were taken care. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house.

Colorado Summer Trip

We had a great time on our visit to Colorado! This VRBO is conveniently located if you want to visit Pikes Peak/Colorado Springs/Garden of the Gods and/or Estes Park/RMNP. The pool is beautiful as well. Home was well stocked, extremely spacious and spotless.

Family visit

Wonderful house. Family from different states met to visit mom in nursing home in Longmont. This house was more than expected. Great time. Family loved it. Never had time for pool but was great to know it was available. Owner was great too!

Family reunion
