Regency Towers 703 West is a one bedroom, one bath condo on the 7th floor with a huge beach front balcony! Enjoy being steps from the soft sugar white sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf. This lovely property has tile flooring throughout and the furnishings are positioned to take full advantage of the beach views from the balcony. The bedroom has a king sized bed, a flatscreen tv and opens up to the expansive balcony. The fully equipped kitchen is updated with granite counter tops, stainless appliances and has an eat-in bar. Relax after a long day at the beach in front of the TV with a good movie or on the balcony listening to the waves. A stackable washer/dryer and WIFI complete this lovely condo. Regency Towers is a gulf front complex with an East and a West tower. Surrounded by beach homes and low-density condos makes this complex a wonderful place to escape. Ah-maze-ing. Amazing. We had the best time. The location was perfect. The bed and sheets were perfect. The view was perfect. The proximity to the beach, ease of getting to the beach and the available rinse off station - perfect. We even thought the size of the condominium tower was perfect. We loved being close to everything, but just a tiny bit out of the central area so we weren't in the serious traffic and didn't have any problem turning into or out of the parking lot. We have already started talking about when we can go back, which is very unusual as we try to never go to the same place twice (world's a big place and all). This is the exception. Even the decoration of the condo was perfect. Hosts were great and extremely responsive! We will be back for sure.
