Independent villa comprising two self-catering cottages (which can only be rented together) with a shared entrance, ideal for two families or friends, with a private swimming pool open year-round and heated only from late April to early October.

You will have access to a table seating 12 and two tables seating 8. The bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned for your comfort.

First cottage: fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, 5-burner gas hob, dining room and living room with television and internet access.

On the first floor, a separate WC and a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a shower room with WC.

On the second floor, a mezzanine with two single beds (90cm) and a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm), a shower room with WC.

Second cottage: a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, fireplace, television, internet access, and dining area, and a shower room. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: the first with a double bed (140cm), the second with a single pull-out bed (90cm), and the third with a queen-size bed (160cm). There is also a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet. Located 15 km from Sarlat, a medieval town with exceptional heritage, and close to numerous tourist attractions such as the Château de Beynac, the Château de Castelnaud, the Vézère Valley, Les Eyzies-de-Tayac, and Lascaux, the property is situated on the D61, 3 km from the quarry.

You can enjoy pleasant views of the countryside and a natural setting. A private, covered, saltwater swimming pool, measuring 8.75m x 4.05m with a depth ranging from 1.10m to 1.60m, is open year-round. It is heated only from late April to early October.

The outdoor area includes a lovely garden with a trampoline, ping-pong table, and swing.
