VILLA COSMOPOLITAN is located in the southwest of Cape Coral on a quiet neighborhood street. As the name suggests, this villa embodies a cosmopolitan flair and inspires its guests to stay relaxed.
With its ideal location, you can reach the nearby shopping center with all major shops (groceries, drugstore, hairdresser, Mc Donald's, take-aways etc.) in just 1 minute. The Chiquita Boulevard / Cape Coral Parkway traffic axis is on your doorstep, from where you can easily reach the entire city.
If you want to explore the surrounding area by water, you can go on a discovery tour from the direct access to the canal and immerse yourself in nature and wildlife.

LIVING ROOM
The living room with its open and airy touch invites you to linger. Equipped with a 85" TV high definition and internet access, the villa is also equipped with free WiFi high speed internet and telephone (free local calls). Air conditioning and fans allow a pleasant room temperature depending on the season.

KITCHEN
The modern, open kitchen is fully equipped and offers enough space. All necessary devices such as an oven, microwave, cooker (embedded in the worktop), dishwasher etc. make everyday life easier.

MASTER BEDROOM & MASTER BATHROOM
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a spacious chest of drawers and comfortable armchairs and is equipped with a 47" television with Internet access.
From the master bedroom you have direct access to the master bathroom, which is luxuriously equipped. "You" as well as "He" have their own area. It also has a bathtub, a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. A walk-in closet gives you enough space for your personal belongings.

BEDROOMS 2/3/4 & BATHROOMS
All three rooms have their own bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. All 3 rooms have fitted wardrobes, chests of drawers and a 32 "smart TV.
BEDROOM 2 has direct access to the pool and is furnished with a king-size bed. The associated bathroom also has direct pool access.
BEDROOM 3 & 4 are each equipped with a queen-size bed.

LANAI & POOL
The covered, spacious seating area with a table for 8 people and an OUTDOOR KITCHEN with integrated BBQ grill (4-burner), extractor hood and sink invites you to use the outdoor area. The entire pool area is covered with a "screen" (grid). A mosquito misting system (anti-mosquito spray system) also protects you from insects and small animals.
A 42 "television with Internet access also provides entertainment tailored to your needs! The pool and the separate spa (jacuzzi) can be heated and allow a swim in any weather. So that you can enjoy the sun to the fullest, deckchairs with cushions are available.

loundry
A washing machine and dryer are available in the laundry room, which connect the living area and the garage. The ironing board with iron is not missing either, because despite holidays, you never know!

Beautiful home!

The house is exactly as listed and more. We had a great time staying here. This home contains everything you could need while vacationing in southwestern Florida. Just a short drive from many beaches and some of the most beautiful sunsets I’ve seen. Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with us. We’d love to come back! Checking in and out was a breeze.

Girls Trip

This was our second visit and I can't say enough about this home. The house is very clean and so close to everything. It is equipped with everything you need and then some. We were happy to have the shower chair for my mom to use in the shower. So many extra touches. God willing we hope to be back again next year. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home again. Take care.

Exceptional Family get Away!!!

Absolutely the best experience yet! We have had many wonderful experiences with VRBO but this was exceptional. The home and amenities were exceptional! Wonderful value with top notch service. Beatrice’s and Freddy’s primp responses and prompt response from Talisa and her spouse were top notch! Home is very well maintained and so many amenities! Supplying a crip and high chair was hard to find but no problem at this location. So many touches made this the perfect home for our trip!

Amazing!

I can not say enough about this home! By far one of the very best we have rented! A little farther from beaches than our normal but for the luxury this home offered it was worth the drive for the beach. They have truly thought of everything to make you feel at home, all of the little extras were so appreciated! Check in and check out was great, I really like that the property manager did a walk through with us! The beds were very comfortable and so many towels! Every kitchen utensil or appliance you could want is available, although we used very few. Thank you for opening your beautiful home for others to enjoy! We had an amazing week and made numerous memories with our family of 6!

No a place to stay with kids

my family and I checked in on Saturday around 2am (4 adults and 4 kids). Yes, the house was beautiful and clean. Sunday , While I was at the supermarket property manger showed up to do a check in walk through. My aunt was at the house with the 4 kids. The manager came in with a weird attitude and walked straight to the pool area to check how many kids were there . One of my aunts lives in that same area 5 minutes drive from where the house is located therefore we spend most of the time with her . Mostly every afternoon we will all leave the house to go places and did not come back until 8pm or after . Sunday evening I was out picking up food when my aunt called me to tell me that the next door neighbor came through the backyard door to harassed the kids . He was steering at the girls and told them to stop playing . My aunt immediately approached him and told this guys to get out of the backyard and if he needed something to talk to me . The kids felt harassed by this men. That same night I received a called from the property manger saying a neighbor called accusing me of having loud noise , etc. I told her is only 4 kids playing . I felt not only harassed, but also discriminated On Monday we all left the house around 4pm and spend the rest of the afternoon and evening at the beach with family . Tuesday morning I received an email from the owners with not only false accusations but also with a threat . On their email owner said that we needed to vacate by 2pm that day. They accused me of having parties at the house and over 10 people staying . They also mentioned that the neighbor keeps complaining of loud noises and that they have everything on cámaras At that point I was extremely upset . I responded and demanded for them to send evidence of their false accusations. We never had a party in that house . The only day it was more than 8 people at the house was Saturday when my aunt who lives in the same area came with her daughter , her husband and my grandmother to the house . She left around 8pm Everyday was mostly 4 kids at the pool playing . I replied back to the owners and property manager with a detailed email letting them know that I have proof of their false accusations and that they better stop with their harassment or else I was going to contact my attorney to handle it After my reply didn’t heard from them. Definitely not a place to enjoy if you have kids

Best place EVER

My goodness, I can't say enough wonderful things about this house. It was fully equipped with everything we would ever need, including tupperware containers, cooking items, towels, etc. While we were still there, i started messaging the owner to see if we could come back! The house was so clean and tidy (my dad and I loved the pictures in the drawers and cabinets to show where everything went)! There is a screen that comes down to separate the pool part of the lanai from the table and chairs. We thought this was a great feature, especially for the days/evenings when it was raining. The screen protected us so well, we didn't even get wet, but could still see outside. Overall, this was BY FAR the best house i have stayed in and absolutely will be coming back!

Above Our Expectations

The pictures on the VRBO do not do this home justice it is absolutely beautiful and amazingly clean. Check in/out was very smooth. Great location. We had a problem with the a/c and the owners went above and beyond to make we were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again totally worth every penny. ❤️

Best House Ever

Relaxing Vacation

Beautiful and relaxing

This property is amazing. It was so peaceful. It exceeded our expectations. We absolutely loved the pool area and covered lanai. Most of our awake time was spent outside either in the pool or on the covered lanai. Every evening we spent some time in the hot tub. Evenings were a little cool so we couldn't swim much. We only ventured out to a few places. Being able to cook food at "home " saved us so much money. There are plenty of food choices close if you choose to go out to eat. The canal was so peaceful, we only saw 1 or 2 boats the entire time we were there. Talisa and Adam the property managers were very nice and helpful. Checking in and out was a breeze. We weren't expecting so many extras in the house. Ie: towels galore, spices, dishes, food, beverages. I especially appreciated that the towels and bedding were not plain white like when you stay at a hotel. We really needed to get away for some relaxation and to get away from the cold of Minnesota and this definitely allowed for that. Thank you Beatrice and Freddy for sharing your beautiful home and property with us. We did not want to leave and hope that we can return again sometime.

Seamless Rental all expectations were met.

Do not hesitate to rent this home. All parties involved from owners to property managers were great to deal with. Home was well appointed and clean. All expectations on our end were met. We will rent again.

Fantastic home with awesome pool area

This house was amazing. The check-in process was easy and the home was incredibly clean. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed and then some for our Thanksgiving vacation. The pool and hot tub were amazing and with the doors completely opening to the lanai, it was an awesome extension of the home. We enjoyed watching football on the outdoor TV and used the outdoor grill. The furniture was comfortable and the house had so many towels. We also used some of the beach equipment in the garage including the very handy small cooler. We would definitely stay here again and can't wait to come back. A few items of note: We had a great Everglades tour with Wooten, which was about a 90 minute drive. We would highly recommend that. Sanibel Island was 60 minutes away and was great for shell collecting and we took a 90 minute drive to Siesta Key Beach, which has the most amazing white, powdery sand. And touring the Edison and Fort winter estate was a lot of fun too.

Awesomeness!!!!!

This house is AMAZING!!!!! We've stayed as a family at multiple VRBO/Home Away Houses but this house is by far the best house we've stayed at and DEFINITELY will be staying here again. The check in and check out process was very easy and quick. Talisa and her husband which are the property managers were very kind and quick to respond to any need. The owners (Beatrice and Freddy) are amazing and so kind. They have truly made their home like you would be at your home! They have everything you could possibly imagine from kitchen gadgets to bath towels to blankets and pillows. I had mistakenly thought they had a keurig machine so my dad brought his stuff for the keurig. When we couldn't find it, I had asked Talisa about it and she said she would ask Beatrice. I then get an email that there never was a keurig listed and we were totally okay with that because they were just using the regular coffee pot but before I actually seen the first email, I received a second email from Beatrice informing us that the earliest they could get a keurig shipped and delivered was on monday which these emails were from saturday. I was so shocked that the owners had done this, which was totally not necessary but they want their guest to be happy. I sent them a really nice email thanking them for this great gesture but was not needed. THEY are soooo kind! We had such an amazing time while we were there. We loved the lanai and pool area, amazing warm water!!!! The house is very clean, very well supplied with everything you could think of that you may need. The house next to them is also a rental which we met some lovely ladies from Ohio and still keep in contact with some. The neighborhood is great to take daily walks. Close to everything you need. I just can't say enough great things about this property and owners! You'll never regret booking this place!!!!

What a great property

As you can see from the photos it’s a lovely home. It is very clean. The owners really have made it so that you will have the many comforts of home and then some. There are so many “extra’s”. They really have thought of everything. The location is great. You can safely walk to many stores and restaurants if you want. There are some great restaurants nearby. Lobster Lady was a favorite of ours. We would love to come back to this property again! You’ll feel lucky to have found this rental!

Amazing Vacation

This was by far the best place that we have ever rented. Not only was the house immaculate the amenities we abundant. We did not want for anything. We used the pool and hot tub every day. Such a quiet neighborhood. The management company was so easy to work with and so very nice. We certainly hope to rent this beautiful house again next year. I would highly recommend this house to anyone I know. You will not be disappointed.

good times at villa cosmopolitan

The property was everything we hoped for and more. Villa Cosmopolitan is probably the best equipped rental we've ever had. It's located just a short distance from Rumrunners and the Marina at Cape Coral. Very convenient for anyone interested in leaving a boat outside the canal system although there is plenty of room at the excellent dock on the property. We would definitely rent this home again.
