Magnificent, characterful Béarnaise house, nestled in the foothills of the Ossau Valley, in the heart of the Pyrenees, surrounded by lush greenery. Exposed stone and beams. Tastefully decorated. Kitchen (induction hob, oven and microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher), living room (fireplace with wood-burning stove, TV, DVD player, internet access). Shower room, WC. Laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer). First floor: 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed, 1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 cot), shower room, WC. Second floor (attic): children's play area. Beds made up, linens provided. Wi-Fi connection. Remote work possible. Large, flat, wooded grounds offering lovely views of the Pyrenees and countryside, garden furniture, barbecue. Table tennis. Electric heating is available at an extra cost; half a cord of firewood is provided (€30). An outbuilding (barn opposite the cottage) provides storage for outdoor furniture and table tennis equipment. The property is detached, surrounded by meadows and woods, and located away from the village.
