Welcome to our home! This 3 BR, 2 BA fully remodeled home sits on 1 acre & backs up to horse property with a deck and swing to view them, as well as a screened in porch. Located 3 mins from the I-10, 9 mins to NFCU, 20 minutes from Downtown Pensacola, and 30 minutes from Pensacola Beach, in a quiet, established neighborhood. 3 major hospitals within 20 minutes. High Speed internet. Ideal for traveling nurses or Navy Federal executives to live comfortably while in the Pensacola area.
The space
Large main living area with power recliner sofa, 70 inch TV, dining table for 6, additional barstools for seating and a cozy fireplace. The kitchen has an expansive counter for food preparation and all the gadgets and tools to make this a home away from home. (Blender, toaster oven, crock pot, cookware and bakeware). The master bedroom has Cal King Bed, dresser, two nightstands and TV. Bedroom Two has King Size Bed, nightstand and dresser. Third bedroom has a full size bed, dresser and office desk.
A full size washer and dryer are located in a laundry room off the garage.
Guest access
The home sits up off the street and has a two car garage as well as a two space carport. The neighborhood is perfect for long walks with minimal traffic.

Home Away from Home 3

We were in town for a quick weekend visit with family. The house is beautiful, comfortable, well stocked, maintained and centrally located to everyone, stores, several restaurants and the airport. Chad and Angela communicate so well and provide everything needed inside and out to make sure you feel at home. It's located in such a nice neighborhood. The spacious yard feels like you're out in the country. We definitely look forward to future visits!
