3 bedroom, 2 bath home in the heart of Silver Lake. Home sleeps 9 comfortably! Perfect for 2 families to share. King bed in master with direct access to first floor bathroom, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a twin size bed, and 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds! Neighborhood offers a community heated pool, basketball/tennis/pickle ball courts, shuffle board and a club house (within 100 feet). A quick walk (3minutes) to the neighborhood private beach on Silver Lake. Long driveway for trailer/UTV/Boat parking. Only 1 mile from downtown Silver Lake and 2.4 miles from the ORV Silver Lake Sand Dunes park entrance. We are located 0.8 miles from the famous Mac Wood's Dune rides and 0.9 miles from the State Park & boat launch.

Rental is only available for full week increments during prime summer rental season.

We had great time. The place was clean and quiet. Perfectly located for us. One thing I would suggest is more hand towels and wash cloths. Other than that perfect!

Great property

This was a wonderful experience. The house was clean & well kept. We had all the appliances we needed to make our stay easy. The rooms were arranged well to give everyone their own space. We would stay here again! Thank you!!

Great place for the family. Ideal location...

Like the location and amenities. Good (flexible) sleeping arrangements for kids and their friends, and well appointed with everything you need to have a great week. Everyone listed it as their favorite stay/vacation ever. Pool and tennis/basketball/pickleball court was a ton of fun.

Great Place to Stay

The house was perfect to meet our needs. It was immaculate and was exactly as described. We enjoyed the pool and fire pit. Silver Lake is spring fed and surprisingly colder than Lake Michigan. The Lake Michigan beach by the light house was truly wonderful.

Clean and easy!

The house was clean, easy to check into, and in a quiet area. The space was utilized very well with the ability to sleep a lot of people. Jessica was very quick to respond with any questions or issues. Pool/amenity areas were well kept.

Great place to stay

We stayed for a whole week. Check in was easy with the Ring lock. The house had a large high table that sat the 6 of us comfortably. There were picnic tables outside, but we didn’t use them. The bedrooms had nice bedding and plenty of soft towels in the bathrooms. My twin 5 year olds loved the pool. They spent as much time as they could in it. We mostly ate at the cabin. There were plenty of dishes and cooking pots, pans, utensils, etc. The owners left marshmallow forks for s’mores. There was a basketball available for the basketball court. We were located near the pool, basketball court and tennis court. The association beach was a short walk down the hill. There were hiking trails in the back of the association are that we enjoyed. We enjoyed our stay greatly.

This is a great place to stay.

The home was very clean and organized. Plenty of room for our truck and trailer to park in the driveway. Our teenage kids loved the basketball and tennis courts. Easy walk down to the lake to watch the sunset. This is the 3rd place we have stayed in the area and by far our favorite.
