In the upper part of village, admist some neighbouring houses, it has great views. You will enjoy the advantages of the countryside as well as the proximity of shops & services in town. You are sure to love its light and airy interior and well-designed & comfortable layout. Ground floor: large living room opening onto terrace, lounge area, dining area, separate fitted kitchen. 2 bedrooms (double bed)(2 single beds), shower room, WC. Electric heating, air + wood pellet stove, warm/cool system. Closed garage (door code). Paved terrace (garden furn., barbecue, deck chairs), enclosed garden (600 sq.m.), play area, parking. Nearby: railway station, ENEDIS training center, La Tourette Convent. Warm welcome guaranteed. Only dogs accepted. Acces by tramway/train to Lyon Gorge de loup (subway line D) ou Gare St Paul (Vieux Lyon).
