Comfortably accommodating 6 guests, this fun relaxing 3br house is perfect for families, equipped with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, backyard, patio, pool in the community, sauna, jacuzzi and gym. Conveniently close to restaurants and coffee shops. Visit Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park, Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park and Magic Kingdom Park.

You’ll enjoy staying in the property adorned with absolutely neat and modern furniture and decors, and amenities such as pool, gym, sauna, etc. for an incredibly fun and relaxing stay.

The apartment includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, backyard, patio and pool in the community. Steps away from the house.

Rejuvenating sleep is guaranteed in all 3 bedrooms for our guests with a comfy queen fitted in the 1st bedroom, a double bed in the 2nd, and two single beds in the 3rd suitable for your kids. For your entertainment, all bedrooms include TV and for added convenience, the property provides towels and bed linens.

Bathrooms are equipped with essentials such as toilet, bathtub/shower, toilet paper, towels, body soap, conditioner, shampoo, etc. making it an absolute convenience to freshen up after an exciting day of exploration. The 1st bathroom is half, 2nd bathroom is full with a bathtub and 3rd bathroom is full with a shower.

Rest in the living room and relax by turning on the TV, watching fun series and movies for hours in case you get too lazy to go outside. Alternatively, for the working nomads, connect to the WIFI to work remotely.

The kitchen is fully equipped so freely use kitchen amenities and appliances available for your meals during your stay. Once done cooking, take a seat at the lovely dining table conveniently close to the kitchen, and enjoy feasting all together.

Chill in the patio and relish wonderful moments outdoors with your family. Alternatively, have fun either by swimming in the POOL, using the exercise equipment at the GYM, relaxing at the SAUNA or JACUZZI.

You will find that strolling around the neighborhood is totally fine! In general, the apartment is close to grocery stores (Target Grocery, Publix Supermarket at Orange Lake Town Center), restaurants and fast food places (Bahama Breeze, Miller’s Ale House, Red Robin Gourmet Burger and Brews, Chuy’s). However, having a car is an added convenience as the top places to visit, such as Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park, Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park and Magic Kingdom Park, are approximately 4-14 miles away which is not more than 25min drive.

Our stay

This stay was pleasant. This is a great location. The beds are comfortable and laundry is great. However, there is a smell that effected my asthma. Nothing we tried made the smell of the unit better. This place needs a deep cleaning. We bought our own can opener. There weren't enough light bulbs, and the lamp in the living room is broke. We borrowed a pliers to turn the lamp on. The window treatments need attention. We have stayed in many rentals for years in Florida, and we are picky. Our neighbors from Ontario loved their unit. We just weren't as lucky.
