Neither neighbors nor overlooked, La Bergerie de Monseignon guarantees you a peaceful and safe stay in a large enclosed garden of 4000 m². A private above-ground wooden swimming pool (Oval shape with 8 sides 6.46m x 4.28m - H. 1.19m) is available. This house clad in maritime pines, with a cozy, comfortable atmosphere and bathed in light through its bay windows, is in direct contact with the terrace and the swimming pool. It is arranged on two levels. It is composed on the ground floor: - a living room with lounge (flat screen TV) with bay windows opening onto the south-west facing terrace - an open equipped kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic hobs, fridge with freezer compartment, pyrolysis oven, microwave), - 1 shower room 1 separate toilet - a storeroom (washing machine), - a garage (tumble dryer), upstairs: - three bedrooms (2 90 cm beds presented as 1 180 cm bed, 1 160 cm bed, 2 80 x 200 cm beds + 1 80 cm bed), - 1 shower room, - 1 separate toilet, A terrace with plancha enhances your stay.
