We allocate rooms as per the number of guests and room availability:

1–4 guests → 1 room

5–8 guests → 2 rooms

9–12 guests → 3 rooms

13–16 guests → 4 rooms

17–19 guests → 5 rooms

20–21 guests → 6 rooms

22–24 guests → 7 rooms

25–27 guests → all 8 rooms

House rules

1) Stay Policy & Guest Guidelines:

Room Allocation by Guest Count

1 to 4 guests: 1 Room Provided

5 to 8 guests: 2 Rooms Provided

9 to 12 guests: 3 Rooms Provided

13 to 16 guests: 4 Rooms Provided

For more than 16 guests pls read property discription

💡 Need an extra room outside this allocation? Additional charges apply. Rooms may be at different or same floor as per availability and host decision.Jacuzzi bathtub room only given if guest count is above 6.




2) Guest Timing Policy

NO visitors allowed without host permission and if they stay at property beyond 8 PM /2 hours at property it is considered an overnight guest, and applicable charges will be levied.

Room Substitution Note

On high-demand days, the 2nd room may be substituted with our AC Bamboo Cottage, depending on availability.

3) Pool & Outdoor Amenities

🏊 Pool Access: ₹79/hour/person (⏰ 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM)

pool is private for the time slot you booked

BBQ & Bonfire: Available on prior request at ₹500

Note: These are shared amenities and may occasionally be unavailable for limited durations.

4) Heater Rental

🔹 Portable Room Heater: ₹300/day

🔸 Large Oil Heater: ₹800/day

5) Terrace Access

Access to the terrace is chargeable and only allowed with prior host permission.

Note: The Bamboo Cottage with terrace might be sold separately.

6) Quiet Hours Policy

Please maintain quiet hours after 9:00 PM.

No loud music, shouting, or dancing allowed.

Soft music permitted in enclosed areas only.

7) Shared Areas Notice

The pool, BBQ, bonfire, and kitchen are shared with other guests across floors if whole property not booked by you.

Temporary unavailability may occur due to bookings or maintenance.

8) Ground Floor Room Info

For bookings of up to 3 guests, the ground floor room is allocated.

🚻 Please note: This room has an external washroom (not attached inside).


9) All guests need to provide ids
