Beautiful 3 level townhome over looking Lake Tahoe in Incline Village
This spacious 2/2 also has a wonderful kitchen fully equipped, dining room that seats 6 comfortably, bar area also seats 3. It has a cozy living area that has a fireplace and the sofa/sleeper can be pulled out to accommodate a few more guests. The balcony off the living/dining/kitchen has the most gorgeous views of the lake!! The first level or entrance area has a nice size closet for skis, coats, boots etc. the 2nd level is the bedrooms. It property also has a stack washer /dryer for your convince. It is a great location not even 5 minutes to Diamond Peak Ski resort with about another 6-8 resorts within 45 minutes or less drive-including Heavenly, Squaw Vally, North Star to name a few...Also Lots of good resturants close by & shopping!

I love my time share in Lake Tahoe and usually go every year but this year I am heading to Costa Rica for my son's engagement. So the dates don't work :( It is a beautiful condo and very roomy. I sure hope a lucky family can enjoy it!!

So many wonderful restaurants close by, there is a binder in the condo with some suggestions. Also a fully stocked kitchen if you would rather cook and stay in!
