Former agricultural building rehabilitated into a very bright home, located in the heart of the Normandy countryside, near Étretat, Le Havre (city classified as an UNESCO World Heritage Site), Honfleur, Deauville, Trouville...
Composed of a kitchen open to a living room giving access to a terrace and a spacious garden, 2 independent bedrooms, a large landing room equipped with a sofa bed, a television, an office area, a spacious shower room and a laundry room.

The accommodation

Former agricultural building rehabilitated in 2025 and now a bright house with a view of the garden in a through way. Decorated with care, it can accommodate 4 to 6 guests
It has one floor.

On the first floor:

- once past the entrance, you will arrive at the open kitchen overlooking the living room with access to the terrace and then to the garden
- A master bedroom with queen size bed and storage space opening onto the terrace and the garden.
- A separate toilet with washbasin.
- A laundry room open for the week of rental.

A Upstairs:

- a large shower room with toilet and storage.
- A landing room (or third bedroom) with a 140 cm sofa bed/2 people as well as a coffee table, television, work area and play area for children. A baby kit is available on request (travel cot, mattress, bed linen, potty and high chair)
- an independent bedroom with two twin single beds and storage.

Outside:

Two demarcated parking spaces
- terrace including a dining area (table, chairs and parasol) with barbecue and a relaxation area with armchairs, coffee table and brazier
- semi-fenced garden with smoking area (table and chairs) on the north side and herb corner available to enhance your barbecues and meals.

Passenger access

Washing machine and dryer are only available for weekly rental

The entrance is through the garden of the little Cottage and is shared at 31 ter and 31 quarter of the street
