Welcome to Historic Stillwater's South Hill. Located blocks from downtown Stillwater in a charming historic neighborhood. Enjoy the Holcombe Loft with a comfortable king size bed, gas fireplace, kitchenette, washer & dryer, and gorgeous bathroom. The loft is located above a detached garage. There is a separate entrance for you to enter the space and have complete privacy. Enjoy the fresh air in the screened in porch attached to the garage. Driveway is shared with the main house, you will have a designated parking spot.

This loft offers many amenities and is perfect for those who want to come home and relax in peace for the perfect home away from home experience.

We offer:
Free Wi-Fi, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels. Bathroom has a bathmat and hair dryer.

Plates, glasses, coffee cups, wine glasses, bowls, toaster, blender, baking pans, water filter, kettle, Keurig single serve and drip coffee, french press, microwave, and refrigerator.

Other things to note:
The Holcombe Loft is a 1/2 mile walk to downtown Stillwater. The walk back to the loft is uphill. The tv is a smart tv and has Netflix and Prime Video logged in. Only one parking spot available in the driveway. Ring cameras are used on the front and back of the main house for safety. Upon booking acceptance, rental contract must be signed and a copy of driver's license provided.

We had a great weekend at this rental. The owner was fantastic to communicate with the place was super nice. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. It has everything you could possibly need in it, including heated floor in the bathroom I love the shower. I would highly recommend staying here nicest place I’ve ever stayed.

Easy to find. Easy to access. Very clean, comfortable, and private. Very close (.5 mile walk downhill) to the main strip with many options for restaurants, shops, the river, etc. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway from the twin cities.
