Welcome to our contemporary condo located in a historical building nested into the heart of downtown, offering panoramic views of the St.Croix River.Unwind on the expansive rooftop deck, enjoying a 360 panoramic view of the river, downtown, and the charming historical neighborhood.This gem is also apart of the Union Art Alley, featuring a vibrant mural by a local artist.With dining, shopping, and live entertainment just steps away, your stay promises a perfect blend of culture and entertainment.



This historic condo is perfectly situated in the heart of everything on Main Street. The spacious 2,300 square feet provide ample room to entertain and reconnect with friends and family. Enter through the iconic, most-photographed front door in Stillwater using an electric door opener, with the code provided upon booking. Please note, there is a flight and a half of stairs to reach the main living area on the second floor.

The main level features an open concept design with a large living room and sectional sofa, leading to a dining area with a table for six and a generously sized full kitchen with an island, perfect for entertaining. This level also includes a half bathroom, master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the charming Union Art Alley.

A second set of stairs takes you to the third floor, which includes three additional bedrooms, a full bathroom and laundry closet.

The final set of stairs brings you to the spectacular rooftop, adorned with twinkling lights, seating for 14 and offering a million-dollar view that provides ever-changing, breathtaking scenery.

We had the best time! Host was easy to communicate with and fast to return our questions. This was the perfect space to celebrate with family. We were able to walk and enjoy all the local main street hot spots. It was too cold and rainy to enjoy the rooftop but we could imagine how great it would be in the summer. We had a fantastic stay at the Lumberjack Inn. We were within walking distance from everything we wanted to see and do in Stillwater. The place was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. It rained a lot during our stay, so we weren't able to use the rooftop very much, but it looked like there was an incredible view from up there. Highly recommend to any group needing a good homebase to explore Stillwater from!

We enjoyed this unique property. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes but lacked some cooking basics such as pot holders, decaf coffee, a whisk, larger bowls for mixing. As older adults we would appreciate more safety bars in the showers. 8 chairs for the table would be nice. French doors in master suite do not lock well. Overall, a fun place to stay!

Excellent location.. Amazing views. Very well outfitted. It was nice to have the basics readliy available. We've stayed in places where we needed to completely stock it with even cleaning supplies. It was obvious the hosts have tried to make their guests comfortable and feel welcome. I expected parking to be challenging, but with the provided parking pass, it was a breeze. In downtown Stillwater, that should not be taken for granted.

Chic condo in ideal location

The condo is on 2nd and 3rd floor above a shop. Right in downtown. 4 bedrooms (actually 3 bedrooms and a bed in an alcove) worked well for 4 friends on a work retreat. The rooftop patio would have been a great place to hang out except for wildfire smoke. Owner was super helpful and responsive.

We’ve fallen in love with the serene beauty of the St. Croix Scenic River Valley. Its peaceful small-town charm, stunning nature, and breathtaking scenery make it truly special. We enjoy exploring the many state parks, savoring incredible dinners in Stillwater or Hudson, and experiencing all the activities along the Riverway.
