The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all used linens and towels in the hamper located in the primary bedroom. If they don’t all fit, just set them next to the hamper.
Please load and start the dishwasher 2hrs prior to checkout to allow it to run a full cycle before the cleaner arrives.
Please collect all personal items and remove any trash. Place trash and recycling in the dedicated bins outside in front of the garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. Please be respectful of the neighbors!
NO smoking or vaping of any kind, both inside and outside the property.
