Welcome to our beautiful Florida getaway. This home has everything you need with beautiful cook's kitchen, brand new furnishings and heated pool with sun shelf installed in 2021. You will never want to leave this private oasis. Has both family room and living room for separate entertaining options. And best of all, it's a mile and a half from Bonita Beach and Doc's and walking distance to miniature golf, as well as bars and restaurants. Your private home and pool oasis awaits!

Florida oasis

Located close to store’s & restaurants. Very clean and well furnished. Issue with accessing internet and lack of hot water.

There was an internet outage (out of my control) but only for about 12 hours. Hurricane a few weeks back is causing some wonky things. Guest was communicating by email with me and I informed her she should call me right away with any issues. They were from out of the country and it was not cost effective for her to call apparently so communicate was spotty and difficult on her side. Internet was restored quickly. Hot water IS working. I don't think she turned the faucet the correct way and waited a moment until it warmed up. Hot water heater (only 6 months old btw) at the opposite end of house takes a moment for hot water to reach faucets. I tried to reach her but she was not responding to my calls or text, to educate her about how to turn the faucets to get hot water. I let her check in several hours early and check out late on the day she checked out, and no mention of this kindness in review. I am an Airbnb Superhost with nothing but 5 star reviews since I have been a host of my Florida home, and I take great pride in providing exceptional service and an amazing home, and I hope that speaks for itself.

The home was simply incredible, especially the furnishings and layout! The proximity to shopping, wonderful dine-in and takeout restaurants was perfect since we try not to cook dinner much during Snowbird season. Great pickleball courts nearby at Veterans Park and having the beach so close was great. Since each of the 2 living rooms has a huge TV, we had the Olympics on one and used the other for news, pickleballTV and movies, in the evening. Even though the traffic in the are is quite heavy in Feb, we quickly found that avoiding early am and 5 pm rushes was pretty easy. Sharon was very responsive and helpful when we lost WiFi and got the vendor to resolve the issue immediately. All in all, the best of the homes weve rented in the area over the past 5 years! Would love to do it again.

Bonita Springs Gem

The house is nicely furnished and decorated with two comfortable seating areas, renovated kitchen and baths and newer furniture. Everything was in tip top shape. The screened salt-water pool is fantastic with all day sun as well as shaded areas and to get out of the sun and the back yard is attractively landscaped. The memory foam mattresses retain body heat so perhaps not the best for hot season in southwest Florida but the bed was otherwise very comfortable.
