Enjoy living like a New Orleans local. Newly renovated shotgun house. Walk to Audobon Park just 8 blocks away and Magizine St only 5 blocks away. "Make groceries" at Whole Foods is right up the street . The shaded front porch includes 2 rocking chairs. And there are many restaurants & bars nearby. During Mardi Gras you can catch the parades nearby. Venture out for day trips secure that your will have a restful nights sleep.
