Cocoonr agency offers this charming 71 m² flat with sea view, less than 300 m from the beach, to rent in Pléneuf-Val-André. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the heights of the centre of Val-André, the flat is very bright and offers lovely views over the resort.
The shops are in the immediate vicinity.
Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 28 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower and bath). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation comprises
- A 28 m² living room with a sofa bed
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Two bedrooms with 2 double beds (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and bath, WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
The flat is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the flat.
Parking: There is no private parking at the flat. As the street is on a slope, parking in the immediate vicinity can be tricky. However, there is a free public car park just 100 metres away, making it easy to get to on foot.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Lamballe
- Nearest airport: Rennes
- Breizhgo bus stop for Lamballe and Saint-Brieuc stations less than 200 metres away
