This beautiful family house offers a magnificent direct view of the large beach of Saint-Sieu. You will be seduced by the comfort and brightness of this 150m² house that can accommodate up to 6 travellers.
This house has a particularity with the bedrooms on the ground floor (sea view) and the beautiful living room upstairs with a 16 m² balcony to enjoy the sea view.

ON THE GROUND FLOOR:
Very nice entrance with cupboard.
You will find 3 beautiful bedrooms, all equipped with dressing rooms.
Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160x200) in a master suite with dressing room and shower room, private walk-in shower, bathroom unit with 2 sinks.

A bathroom with walk-in shower and 2 sinks for these 2 bedrooms.
A separate toilet
On the same level, large laundry room (10m²) with washing machine, iron, ironing board and large cupboard. Storage room, bicycles, surfboard.
ON THE 1st FLOOR:
A large living room of 54m² including an open kitchen, equipped with glass roof (fridge, freezer, induction hob with integrated hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher).
In the living room, a dining room table with 8 chairs. A sofa and 2 individual armchairs, a coffee table. For TV evenings, it has a wide range of French and international channels.
The living room is bathed in light by 4 large bay windows opening onto the terrace to enjoy a beautiful view of the sea.

ON THE 2nd FLOOR:
A 25m² mezzanine, with a magnificent sea view and a double bed (140x190)
If you come on holiday with a baby, there will be available:
A travel cot, a high chair, a bathtub and cutlery for babies.

A 300m² enclosed and secure garden (electric gate and digicode). It is composed of a beautiful wooden terrace. 2 parking spaces.

The house is ideally located in Lancieux, in a very pleasant environment. Lancieux is only 5 minutes by car from the neighbouring village, Saint-Briac-Sur-Mer but also 10 minutes from Saint-Lunaire. You can enjoy magnificent activities such as: The golf course of Dinard, the golf of Lancieux, the golf course of St Cast, the sailing school at the foot of the house. Beautiful walks on the GR 34, discover the markets and regional products, a multitude of water activities...
