Good apart which is about 20Mins in cab from Eiffel Tower. Can walk to centre of Paris in 20 mins. Nice restaurants around and metro is right by apart. You need a code to get in front door then another for inner door, and I would say get that in writing before you get there unless you can speak french. Apartment was basic which is what you want. Sink was blocked and bulb in toilet finished manageable as there was a dishwasher and we used our torch on our phone for toilet in the night. There is a small window for daytime loo use but it doesn’t open. Location was fine if there is 4 of you plus.

Property overall was good. Didn’t hear from the host with check in instructions until I had to call VRBO less than 2 hours before check in. Coming from another country and not having check in info was very stressful-especially with kids. The property was as described, but not as clean as it should have been. It appears as the cleaning staff forgot a few things. Dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher and stuff in the dryer. Supplies were ok, but limited. I really appreciated the cold bottled water on the fridge! One of the things I did not enjoy was the floor not being level between some rooms. We stubbed many toes on that. I would have also loved fans, as it got rather warm in the apartment! Super close to restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, and easy access for Uber! Overall, a good stay and after our first communication hiccup, the host was extremely responsive-which I appreciate! Even offering to come help us figure out the door! Very cute apartment with lots of gorgeous features!

I thought I was going to be scammed out of a place to stay because the host did not send check in information like they were supposed to until I contacted VRBO, and even then it took hours and hours for it to be sent. I couldn’t sleep the night before because we went to bed without check in information. The only information that we eventually got was sparse. PROs: it is on the 4th floor and there is an elevator!!! Parts of the apartment are beautiful and the views are great. The apartment is spacious and in a good location. CONs: Parts are dirty and not well maintained. A window curtain, pole, and hardware for one side fell down on me when I was opening a window. The bathroom is dirty and moldy. The water closet walls are dirty, the door is hard to close/lock. We were only given 1 roll of Toilet Paper for 6 people for 4 nights, even after being told it would be taken care of, we came home late at night to find none and had to find an open store. The water bottles in the fridge had a little water in them from previous guests, so obviously not washed. The kitchen is also dirty and needs a cleaning. Some linens were ready and some were wet in the dryer. We had to dry them to have towels. There was not shampoo provided as listed. The front door is really tricky to open and we were not told that it locks automatically once you close it, which is important to know. Host was nice, didn’t seem to really know about the property, only mildly helpful. Texted back but didn't answer phone

The host wasn't the best when messaging through VRBO but once I moved to what's up he was more responsive. The building was fine and did have a small elevator it's an old property in Paris so it was as expected in that sense. However it wasn't a clean as I would like there was partial foods in the fridge, and hygiene products in the bathroom and bedroom. There were no garbage bags etc so it was minor things but made it feel unclean hi owner was apologetic and said he would be dealing with this cleaning service to make it better for those in the future

Bon accès et bien situé !Très spacieux.Par contre il est compliqué de se garer et de trouver un parking!pas trop cher (à sérieusement anticiper).Le logement était partiellement propre.Pas de shampoing, savon comme stipulé dans l annonce.Des travaux électriques sont sérieusement à prévoir: fils dénudés, domino à l air..... Risque sérieux d'incendie !!!Pas très bien équipé (pas assez de couvert, pas de Tancarville alors qu il y a une machine à laver). La cafetière a marché 1 fois sur 4!Globalement le logement est vraiment sympa et bien situé, de légers travaux ainsi que plus d équipements seraient un plus pour ce logement.

Bonsoir merci pour ce commentaire vous pouvez me détailler ou l appartement ete sale ? Car je paye un service de nettoyage et ausi stipulé les problème électrique car nous avons fait vérification hormis un cache qui a ete arraché aucun souci
