Beautiful ocean front Villa with direct access to the beach inside a condominium with 3 pools, jacuzzi (non heated), tennis,snack bar next to the pool, security 24/7 in a great beach aerea of Cancun´s hotel zone. Supermarket, shopping mall and restaurants in the other side of the road.
Wifi, Ac, Smart Tv, balcony and a terrace facing the ocean.
Parking lot for one car. Bus stop right off the condo, airport transportation provided with our private driver (additional price).

Stunning views from both levels (terrace in the ground floor and balcony in the bedroom). Our apartment is located in a beatiful beach aerea with many attractions within walking distance. "Kukulcan mall" across the street with a grocery store inside, Shopping mall "La Isla" a few steps away and many great restaurants. Also a convenience store 24/7 next to the condo.
It has also a small stove if you want to cook something in the apartment and next to the main pool there is a Snack bar.

Visitors are not allowed and we must follow Condominium rules

The condo was everything we expected. The location was top notch. The pools were very nice and rules were enforced . The water filter was an added bonus and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The only thing I would do different was balcony furniture was not really usable. Something more comfortable would be better.

Great location and beautiful sunrise views!

The location of the unit was great. Steps from the beach, close to shopping centers and restaurants, and sunrise views. The unit has very basic amenities and furnishings, but very clean throughout. Host was very responsive and provided great instructions throughout our stay. He was also able to arrange our airport transfers and booked a tour of Tulum. The condo complex overall is clean and adequate (not fancy like a high end resort). It is a little dated and has seen better days.

Fantastic location!

Communication with Agustin was seamless throughout the entire process. Questions were promptly answered prior to our booking and through our checkout. The unit was as promised and was very clean upon our arrival. The location could not be beat. Just steps beyond our patio was a family beach. Beach chairs were provided but we did opt to rent an umbrella and lounge chairs for a reasonable price as well. The complex had two pools which had ample loungers. Large grocery store across the street was really convenient. Only suggestion I’d have would be to include a few more place settings of flatware and dishes. One minor complaint we have is regarding the water pressure and temperature. It was very difficult to regulate the shower and we couldn’t seem to make the kitchen tap hot enough to really clean our dishes. But I suspect that is a function of the facility and not the particular unit. We would absolutely recommend this wonderful property and hope to visit beautiful Cancún again soon.

Excellent host

Host was excellent. Helped arrange rides, excursions, assisted with baby equipment like playpen for sleeping and booster seat. Check in was smooth and easy. Unit itself was as advertised and the air conditioner worked perfectly (some people in other units had issues with their AC but ours in this unit was good). The reasons I can’t give 5 stars are not the hosts fault per se, but rather issues with the overall condo complex that is getting a little run down. We basically only had enough hot water for 30 second showers, and our neighbours had the same so I don’t blame our host. The location of this unit was excellent, as close to beach as you can get. We were there for a week and it fluctuated from very quiet and peaceful to having some neighbours with very loud music and noise. Again not our host fault. The proximity to the grocery store was super helpful but restaurants in walking distance were a little limited and of varying quality. The only improvements for the unit itself I can suggest is a bit more kitchen equipment and perhaps house keeping/change of sheets one or two times during a week long stay. Overall this is a good review of the unit if you are looking for a self catering apartment right on the beach with good air conditioning and an excellent host. Just keep in mind the complex itself is starting to show its age.

Ocean front condo, very clean and organized place, in a walk distance to the grocery store and other shops, the host (Agustin) was very helpful on answering questions and provide recommendations, he also helped on arranging booking and transportation to other parks, everything here is fantastic…
