Any festivities that could cause noise disturbance to the neighbors are prohibited (student parties, bachelorette parties, etc.). The house's inverted layout and the upstairs living area mean it is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Electric vehicle charging is available for an additional fee.
