The separate kitchen is practical and well equipped with refrigerator, 4-ring ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
The sleeping area includes bedroom 1 with window, two single beds pushed together (one duvet) and TV, and bedroom 2, an alcove-style room with a small window, equipped with a foldaway bed for one person and a TV.

All windows are fitted with sliding mosquito screens.
Shared outdoor parking within the secure residence with automatic gate and keypad access. The residence also offers a friendly pétanque area and a coworking space (booking directly with the managing company), ideal for combining remote work with a stay on the coast.
