Rest, refresh, and enjoy. Views of the Santa Rosa Sound, Sound access is steps away. Just minutes from Navarre Beach, newly renovated Navarre Park with wading pool and play ground, boat launch, shopping and dining. Enjoy leisure walks in the evening, or sit down at the Sound for the beautiful evening sunset. Lay back and slow down, we have all the comforts and amenities of home, with none of the stress. Come enjoy your home away from home.

The space

Two right hand turns and you are at the beach. No fighting to get across 98.
Don’t worry about the necessities, the home is fully stocked from trash bags to TP, laundry detergent and dishwasher tabs.
Some beach Items available like towels, umbrella, beach canopy and toys.
TVs in every bedroom.
We allow Dogs of all types.


The Home

With three bedrooms and two full baths, this house is perfect for up to 7 guests! The master bedroom located on one side of the house has a king bed, (crib if needed) smart TV, and a master bathroom with a double vanity and shower/tub combo. The two other bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house. Bedroom one has a queen size trundle bed with one twin mattress, smart TV and closet. Bedroom two has another queen bed with a smart TV and closet.


The kitchen is fully equipped for all your meals you choose to have during your stay. Provided are a fridge and freezer, stove and oven, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, air fryer, blender, pots, pans and full dining sets. There is a dining room table with room for 8. Plenty of seating in the living room with a 65'' Smart TV for you. A new washer and dryer available with laundry detergent pods. Out the back door you have the fenced in yard with outdoor furniture. There is a private driveway and space for up to 4 vehicles or even boat trailer parking.

Exterior security cameras on property
we’ve recently installed a security camera on one side of the property. It’s positioned to monitor the exterior area only for safety and security purposes. It does not record any indoor or private spaces. This will not be monitored.

Hidden GEM

The house was GREAT!!!! Perfect location just minutes from the beach. Quite neighborhood couldn’t have been a better place for a relaxing vacation!. Beds were very comfy best sleep I’ve had in awhile. If your looking for a GREAT place to vacation this is truly it!!!!!!

It felt like home

Incredibly clean and quiet and just steps to the water. We brought our pups and they enjoyed the walks around the neighborhood and everybody was very friendly. We felt like we were at home. Amanda made sure everything was perfect and we can’t wait to go back

We loved the house. Lots of room Good back yard for our yorkie The house was fully stocked. The beach area was smaller than we anticipated. We were under the impression that the fishing area was larger and you could walk up and down the beach. We were unaware that the beach area was private property.

Great Home

Right around the corner from the sound. The House had everything we needed. Back yard was just big enough for my two Am. Eskimos . The house was just perfect for our weekend getaway to see the Blue Angels .

Peace and quiet near the water

The home was clean and inviting; perfect size for our family and pets. Home was a great central location to everything we went to see. Owner, Amanda, had great communication and provided suggestions on where to go. We went to the vortex spring, saw the Blue Angels practice, local lighthouse and museum, visited a sea turtle conservatory, went to the military beach Elgin, and the local pet beach. Everything was perfect.

Was perfect for our family

We wanted to bring our dog and be near water (the sound) and also close to Navarre Beach, Pensacola and Fort Walton. We also wanted a decent food store (Publix) and access to Wal Mart, which there was a super center and a neighborhood market. The house had all the amenities we needed. Amanda is 100% responsive. I enjoyed staying at a nice house in a great neighborhood versus a high rise on the beach.

Beautiful home to stay ! Highly recommend!

I was nervous at first since it was the first time I booked a vacation home to stay, plus I have a 6 month old baby and a puppy to travel with. However, I enjoyed every minute of the stay. Amanda has been an amazing host! The house had everything your family and your dog needed. She is so thoughtful to have a crib for my baby to sleep in. The location of the house is great. Only 20min drive to Pensacola beach. There is only 2 min walking distance to Sound. The owner has a kayak and lifeguard vest for you and your family to use. Looking forward to go back and highly suggested to friends/ family if they need a place to stay.

Navarre Beach IS relaxing!

We really enjoyed our beach vacation in Navarre! The house was very clean, and had plenty of room for us all to relax like we were at home. Good location. Navarre beach just a short drive over the bridge and it was beautiful!!! Lots of fun, relaxing beachy restaurants to eat & chill at, my favorite was Dewy Destins.

Highly Recommend

Amanda has been an amazing host for our first family trip to Navarre. It had everything you needed. It felt like Home. Being able to bring our Dog was amazing as well. Looking forward to more stays at this Property. 10/10 will go back and highly suggested to friends/ family if they need a place to stay. Quite nice neighborhood as well. Close to the sound and only 8 minute drive to the ocean front.

Nice home near the beach.

This place was a great place to stay. A short drive to get to the beach or a very short walk to the sound. Very clean and beautiful home. Neighborhood was exceptional and nearby restaurants were plentiful. We enjoyed our stay here.

Amazing home away from home

We are so thankful for Amanda providing us this wonderful experience with an extended stay. She made sure all the essentials were there to ensure we had what we needed to feel comfortable for a few weeks. Whether you’re on vacation or needing an extended stay location, you can’t beat this house! Quiet neighborhood walks with my family and dogs was just the escape I needed and the atmosphere next to the sound was so peaceful! Can’t share enough how great it was for us!

Beautiful Home with a View

The listing doesn't do this place justice. Its a really nice house, that has a awesome layout for family and friends. Very clean, well kept. Very comfortable from bedrooms to livingroom and well maintained. Beautiful view of the bay that is just a stones throw away. Close to EVERYTHING, but private enough to feel relaxed. Our family would definitely rebook!!
