The Guesthouse is an 1860 town home with 2 bedrooms (upstairs) and one and one-half baths, and a large living and dining room all appointed in a unique style of simple elegance with modern amenities. Business travelers will find that this makes for the perfect home away from home. We provide tailored-to-your-needs service, with a fully-stocked fridge upon request. (Priced accordingly) Perrysburg is a hip boutique-town that is very walk-able and has fantastic restaurants and shopping. Enjoy relaxing on the back deck overlooking the gardens or the front porch watching people go by all while remaining very private in the heart of it all! Come stay with us and enjoy the charm and elegance this historic river town!

If you are 2 guests staying in 1 room, the rate is $180.00 per night.
If you are 2 guests staying in 2 rooms, there is an additional $100.00 per night.
If you are 3 guests, staying in 2 rooms, the additional $100.00 per night applies.

My sister and I really enjoyed our weekend here! The house has a lot of character and is very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The outdoor space was great for visiting. being so close to Downtown Perrysburg was also a plus!

Host was friendly and communicated well with us. The property pictures were taken long ago when the home and grounds were much better maintained. The best part of staying here was the location. We unfortunately won’t be returning to this property.

I am so sorry you both were unhappy. Unfortunately I didn't have time on my side to work outside. Unlike Florida, we had a very wet April, cold, warm for a very short time the cold again. Just now warming up. I do like to give guests their privacy by not being around, but it appears that wasn't necessary. Again, so sorry you were not happy.

Diane and her property are a gem!

The house is special; it’s a true gem for the community and we enjoyed our stay beyond words. Diane, the host extraordinaire, is a treasure. The extras were a delight and I would stay again over and over.

We loved the property! I’m certain the grounds are absolutely gorgeous in the Spring, Summer and Fall. We had everything we needed and Diane was readily available with excellent communication. It’s not always easy to travel with our dogs, so finding a beautiful home where they can stay is much appreciated. Thank you.

Absolutely beautiful home in downtown perrysburg. The best equipped place i have rver stayed in plus the host made us breakfast and a desert and left it in the fridge for us! She had fresh fruit, croissants, bagels juice. It was truly amazing.

My family from out of state visited so we rented the west side for them while they were in town. They absolutely loved it. Diane was terrific host, was great with communicating and had whole bunch of pamphlets of the area so could show the relatives were we planned to take them for our day trips food and entertainment.Great accommodations, the living room and kitchen were great for family dinner and catching up talks. Really nice to only be a couple blocks away so was easy for us to walk visit them rather than driving to them. Highly recommend to anyone who has family visiting our town. We will definitely be using again for sure for any other relative planning on visiting us in the future.

It was all the host! She was very argumentative from day one. She made us feel very uncomfortable! The house had dead bugs in it!

Charming Bungalow-Style Home Steps from Village Center

This is a cute little guest house with a terrific covered deck amid lush gardens. The deck has a large dining table and is perfect for enjoying drinks and meals with family and friends. The house is just steps from the town's riverfront historic district, lined with shops and restaurants. It is spacious and comfortable. The included breakfast is amazing and generous -- we enjoyed fresh fruit, homemade yogurt, pound cake, blueberry coffee cake, fluffy eggs, chicken sausage, lemon curd, raspberry preserves -- incredible and delicious. Host is highly responsive, thoughtful and professional.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

This is a very interesting house with a very interesting history.
It was built in 1860 as a church. In the early 1900's 2 brothers bought it and converted it into a duplex which they rented out. In 1982 the 2 sisters, Syd & Diane bought it for the fast growing catering business. The house needed serious remodeling, from cloth covered wiring to taking down a poured concrete garage with a sledge hammer, taking out a wall to make a much larger kitchen with tiled floor, raised garden beds in the back and front of house to grow herbs and flowers that were hard to find, putting 2 large decks on the back to be able to separate the residence from the business, building a new garage closer to the alley with an arbor that went from garage to deck with beautiful old fashioned, highly scented, climbing roses, and on and on! A year or so later, someone came knocking on the door and wanted us to open a restaurant in his "ice cream & pizza" business, located just across the alley in the back. So, in just a short time with no name, and no sign the restaurant became a huge success. Up went the wall in the kitchens and we remolded once again! Fast forward 20 years and both of us went to live with mom who was appreciative of the help and the company. That led to the creation of the bed and breakfast that was already off the ground and becoming more and more successful by word of mouth as was the restaurant. Since entertaining seems to be in the DNA of both sisters, and the location is beyond perfect with plenty of parking, the house has seen many old and new friends in and out stopping over to say hi, sharing lots of laughs, great food & drink and lots of fun!
From a Church in 1860 to 2 brothers to 2 sisters as the only owners...one comes in and feels immediately at home and comfortable.

The location is very unique in that it is steps away from downtown Perrysburg, with, plenty of parking, and very close to Downtown Toledo, Lake Erie, (bird migration watching in April and May!), The Toledo Museum of Art, The Toledo Zoo, Hollywood Casino and so much more! Within walking distance are many shops and restaurants, and May through September, on Thursday Nights is the Perrysburg Farmers Market. Take a stroll around the market, (on the sidewalk of downtown Perrysburg) then enjoy the music from the back deck! Makes for a relaxing evening!
Great location but very private!
You will feel at home and very comfortable.
