The home itself was absolutely beautiful and had great potential. The host was kind enough to allow an early check-in, which we truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the home upon arrival did not meet expectations. Several areas were noticeably unclean, and while the host did attempt to have someone come out to address it, the timing conflicted with our scheduled event and the issue couldn’t be fully resolved. Overall, the property is lovely, but improved attention to cleanliness would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Perfect Stay for a Birthday Weekend!

My stay at Diamond Oasis was absolutely fantastic! Hill was an amazing host, and the house truly speaks for itself beautiful, clean, and so comfortable. I had been searching for a while and finally came across this listing. I instantly fell in love and booked it for my birthday trip weekend in Houston. It exceeded all my expectations! I definitely recommend this spot for friend groups. While there are three flights of stairs, they didn’t bother me at all. This place is a 10/10 loved everything about it!

All was well until the last night. Neighbour had many guest and a party that began around 1700 and ended near 0330. I had a flight early that morning and got very little sleep due to all the noise.

Exceptional Stay – Clean, Safe, and Amazing Host

I had an amazing stay at Diamond Oasis w/ 2 Balconies & Large Soaking Tub. The home was not only beautifully maintained but also immaculately clean, making it a comfortable and inviting space. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, from the fresh linens to the spotless kitchen and bathrooms.One thing that truly stood out was how safe and secure I felt during my stay. The alarm system provided peace of mind, and the spacious garage was a huge bonus, giving me a secure place to park and easy access to the home.Hill was an incredible host, always thoughtful and accommodating. I really appreciated his consideration in allowing me a late check-out, which made my departure so much more relaxed. This home is a perfect getaway, and I would absolutely love to stay here again!

Definitely a lot of space in this house and be ready to use the stairs…

We did not spend a lot of time at the house due to our schedule we had for the week, but it was a great central location for us to get everywhere we needed to go to tour Houston with our daughter who lives there… neighborhood appears to not be in the best shape, but it seems like they are really working to improve it… We did not ever feel safety was a concern due to the alarm on the house and we much appreciated being able to use the garage door opener and park in the garage… After having issues with the lights coming on automatically in the middle of the night on the fans and the fan going off in one room as we turned it on and another, we looked back at other reviews and it seems to have been a problem for quite some time… We did let the host know this… Again… hopefully they will work on this as stated… Communication was great and appreciated and the house was just as the pictures were…

Close to GRB Convention center… Property is as shown on listing and truly lovely to stay. 3 flights of stairs… so be aware of that! Host was VERY responsive to all communication… they get a 5+++ for that! Thank you for having this propert available!

21st Birthday Celebration

We had a few hiccups before and upon check-in which were unforeseen by the host. The host, Hill, communicated everything to us and was very apologetic and accommodating. He made sure that we were okay afterwards and he was available when we called. He even offered us a late checkout because we had an issue at check-in. The property is beautiful with plenty of space! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone needing a place in the Greater Third Ward area. Thank you for an amazing stay!
