In the heart of the Kvarner Bay, not far from the fashionable Opatija is our **** apartment with pool and sea view in a privileged location in the immediate vicinity of the Ucka National Park. High above the turquoise Adriatic coast with a breathtaking view of Rijeka and the islands of Krk and Cres, we are in a paradise for sailors and divers as well as nature lovers and those looking for relaxation. For our guests, we have built a country-style house in high quality style with great pleasure and manage it according to German standards. With us you will find very tastefully and lovingly furnished 4-star non-smoking apartments with WiFi, satellite TV, air conditioning, fireplace, pool and grill. We attach great importance to cleanliness and offer you an all-round carefree package for a relaxing holiday. We want you to feel comfortable with us! As we like to live ourselves, we would like to welcome our guests! We have natural materials from the region, such as. B. Marble from Istria and other natural stone used for indoor and outdoor use. Our modern "Villa Sabine" in Medveja built in the style typical of the country, is located 200 m above sea level not far from the Ucka nature park and about 1 km from the beach. The equipment of the apartments is very high quality, all have sea and pool views, stoves, modern fitted kitchens, natural stone bathrooms and double beds made of solid oak. Our small village Kali consists of just a few houses and the "Konoba Kali" with excellent cuisine, about 400 m away! Here in Kali it is possible in the midst of nature, surrounded by olive and fig trees, to simply let your mind wander and escape everyday life or go on a hiking tour in the Ucka Nature Park.

Best view I ever had

The apartment is spotless and well-equipped. We have found everything we needed, even capsules for the coffee machine. Afternoons with the view of the lagoon were very relaxing. Driving there can be a bit challenging, but that's the price for the view!

Die Wohnung Brioni sowie die gesamte Unterkunft ist top. Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Wir haben uns bei unseren Gastgebern sehr wohl gefühlt und vor allem die Lage mit Ausblick genossen. Die Wohnung ist für vier Personen, allerdings ist das Doppelbett im zweiten Schlafzimmer nicht unbedingt für zwei Erwachsene geeignet. Das war aber aufgrund der Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer für unsere Töchter kein Problem. Wir wollen wiederkommen.

Wunderbar

Großartige Lage, wunderbarer Blick aufs Meer. Die steile Anfahrt ist nur beim ersten Mal ungewohnt, der Weg zum Strand und zurück auch zu Fuß zu bewältigen (ca. 20 min). Da man nach jeder Kurve einen neuen herrlichen Ausblick hat, wird der Weg nicht zu lang. Die FeWo ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, der Kontakt zum Gastgeber sehr nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Ankommen und wohlfühlen

Das Objekt liegt auf einer über Serpentinen zu erreichenden Anhöhe. Alles ist genau wie in dem Video und im Inserat beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und der Blick vom Balkon auf die Bucht atemberaubend. Sehr aufmerksam fanden wir, das uns Franjo der Eigentümer und seine Frau Sabine nicht nur zum Empfang einen Weißwein zur Begrüßung bereitgestellt hatten, sondern uns zudem mit einem Sekt als Hochzeitsgeschenk überraschten. Zudem hatten wir mit Franjo sehr inspirierende Gespräche und seine Empfehlungen waren sehr hilfreich für uns. Den Pool haben wir uns mit einer sehr lieben Familie aus der Berliner Region geteilt. Schöne Begegnungen, Harmonie, gute Gespräche, leckeres Essen in einem wunderschönen Ambiente. Ganz klare Weiterempfehlung 🤗🙂. Übrigens war es unser erster Urlaub in Kroatien und unsere Hochzeitsreise. Wir nehmen schöne Erinnerungen und Bilder mit nach Hause 🙂

Vue magnifique et séjour au calme

Appartement très fonctionnel, bien décoré. Son atout principal : une vue époustouflante à 180 ° sur la mer adriatique et les îles de Cres et Krk. Plusieurs terrasses très sympathiques pour prendre les repas et une petite piscine commune pour se rafraîchir tout en continuant à profiter de la vue. Contacts très faciles (à distance) avec la propriétaire. Attention la vue et le calme se méritent, prévoir une bonne voiture.

Beautiful view

The property is exactly as described, in a beautiful area. The hill is challenging at first but worth it for the view! Easy checkin and communication with the host.
