Isabelle and Dominique welcome you to this beautiful ground-floor apartment with a covered terrace and a sunny south-facing garden.
Clear view of the cork oaks, pine trees, and the magnificent Moliets golf course.

Fully enjoy the terrace of this recently renovated apartment, which consists of two bedrooms (one double bed and two bunk beds), a living-dining-kitchen area, a brand-new shower room with toilet, and a bathroom.

A large swimming pool with a paddling pool, a sunbathing area, and sun loungers, heated from June to September, is available 50 meters away, as well as children's games and ping-pong tables.

Park your car in the private parking with access code and enjoy the proximity of shops, activities, the beach, and entertainment on foot or by bike. The golf course is a 3-minute walk, the beach a 15-minute walk and 5 minutes by bike. Bicycle paths and hiking trails right at your doorstep.

Wi-Fi is provided. A coin-operated laundry, with washing machines and a dryer, is available on the premises.

Bed linen and towels are available for an extra charge on request. Small pets are allowed on request.
